Not sure I'm ready for this one. Very intense, not for the faint of heart thats for sure.

Being fairly new to Penis Enlargement I don't think I'm ready for these, but the science seems to be sound. Maybe when I grow up (got a few inches to go before that happens) the routine will be perfected.
 
I still do these a couple times a week in addition to the latest post on my stretching routine.

Well I have put these on the back burner for the time being as I have been experimenting with some other stuff. When I get back to a 100% manual routine again I will include these once again into my overall routine.

These have been on the back burner for me for a while now. I am just doing too many other things to work them in for now. I just wrote a routine for someone and I included these in the length portion as I think they are a huge bonus for those who are stuck on a plateau. When I was doing them I would only do them twice a week with 4 days in between. I think this is important as these are not in any way a length workout substitute but more of a supplement.

I have a few questions just about standard DLD Blasters

"DLD Blaster

1.) While laying down pull penis up towards the chest. Create a very good tension.

2.) Do 100 pc squeezes while holding this stretch. This will completely isolate the pc muscle while making you aware of the feeling when it is releasing."


#1. When you stretch your penis up towards your chin, when you do 100 pc squeezes do you squeeze with the same hand your stretching with? or do you use your free hand that isnt stretching to do a pc squeeze?

"4.) In a laying position grab penis in a two handed type stretch (ie. DLD "A" Stretch, DLD Dual Fulcrum Stretch, 7-ups "V" Stretch) Now do 50 sets of these: PC squeeze (Keggle) for 5 seconds being very aware of the pc muscle then push out (Reverse Keggle), releasing the pc muscle for 5 seconds. Ex-hale during this and increase the tension. You will feel an immediate increase in length on the push. This is where you will be hitting the ligs 100%"


#2. When you get into a two handed type of stretch such as the A-stretch. it says to do 50 sets with a kegel and reverse kegel. Ok So when i get into an A-stretch, Do i do 50 sets of Kegels while doing the A stretch then go to 50 sets of reverse kegels?

or do i switch back and forth between kegels and reverse kegels until its 50 in total? like kegel, reverse kegel, kegel , reverse and so on. just looking for some answers so i can do this right. thanks.

The "SQUEEZE" is an internal, muscle movement. This is the kegel portion of blasters.

This is only a warm-up to the 5 second intervals of KEGEL/REVERSE KEGELS and #2 of the 2 above looks like the best answer.
 
It might be possible to use principles of Plyometrics in Penis Enlargement.


Plyometric Training is for training to become a more better and explosive athlete. Plyometric drills utilized to bridge the gap between force and explosive power and increase reactive strength. You can think of reactive strength as something like "Spring-like" effect. The Drills are performed to develop force by a quick loaded eccentric, or the tendons and muscles. The Muscle/tendon Units stabilize this negative force, stores it like compressing a spring, and then releases it like letting the spring go. This reflex action ends up being a stronger than normal muscular contraction in the opposite direction. Example of this is throwing a ball. The quick rearing back of your arm quickly stretched the muscles, tendons, and connective tissue in your shoulders and built up energy which allowed you to throw harder. Would you have thrown the ball as hard if you brought your arm all the way back, Paused 3 seconds and then released the ball? Definitely not.

Adam Archuleta of the Saint Louis Rams trains in Plyometrics. In some of the exercises he does is to catch falling load(Weights) and bring them back up really quickly. Adam has had huge success with Plyometric training. His trainer Jay Schroeder has traveled all over the Eastern European countries, studying the best training programs in the world. He has combined these programs by taking the best programs and making a Ultimate training program.

Plyometrics uses a method of strengthening the muscles that involves stretching of the contracting muscle or muscle's to replicate activities that occur in various sports. This training is not to just make a athlete bigger, faster, and stronger. But it teaches a athlete to become a Better athlete, by teaching to athlete how to use his body and become more explosive.

There are 3 ways muscles contract.
Eccentric- When the muscle is stretched, its called an eccentric contraction. Lowering yourself from a chin-up position would be an example of eccentric contraction.
Concentric- When the muscle is being shortened, its called a concentric contraction. Lifting yourself into a chin-up position would be an example of eccentric contraction.
Isometric-(Static) When the muscle is contracted but doesn't change in length. Bending your arms at a 90-degree angle while hanging from the chin-up bar would be an example of an isometric contraction.

Plyometrics emphasizes the eccentric phase of muscle contraction, immediately followed by the concentric phase of muscle contraction.

Muscles can absorb much more force Eccentrically as they can concentrically.

The only way i think you could apply plyometrics to Penis Enlargement, is to use a hanger and put some weight on it and drop it to the ground. This could obviously result in injury. You could probably start out using really light weights. I would actually start out(if you are a newbie) doing regular hanging seasons for awhile, until your member gets use to the stress and negative force applied upon it. Holly shit, DLD i think we have come up with something BIG. But you never know until you experiment with it.

I've always wanted to train in Plyometrics. But there's alot of different kind of programs and stuff and I can't really choose which one of them to use. Could you send a me a good Plyometrics training program? And could you also send the plyometric program of Adam Archuleta and his "normal" training program? Basically any kind of info on plyometric excercises is good for me.

There are alot of different plyometric programs out there. The newer type of plyometric programs consist of upper body not just lower body exercises. I could give you some basic exercises to do. But as far as the adam archuleta workout; i cannot give you it, because i dont know it. I know the basic exercises and i can use dicent technique. But, i dont know how to manage it or anything, Its very complicated. In his program he never does the same workout more than 3 times. It would be to difficult to explain how to exactually how to do it. Almost all of the exercises they do i garanute you have never saw them before. It would be just to hard to understand how to do them, just from reading it. In order to do the program effectively you have to watch the exercises several times to understand how to use proper technigue. In this training program reps are looked upon not how many you do, BUT how good your technique is. I do have the adam archleuta DVD. And its basically a introducton to what adam does. In order for you to do the same workout adam does you would have to get trained from jay schroeder. This type of training is very difficult, the normal person cannot do this type of training because its just to physically and emotionally demanding.
They train usually 2 times a day for an hour or 2 for 6 days a week. They have like 12 different bench press exercises they use. They over train the body from 3 to 7 percent. And im still not sure how they can accurately measure to tell if they are overtraining or not. It would be eassier to do a basic plyometric program. Sorry for having another account on here. I forgot my password several months ago so i had to get a new account so i could get on here. I would like to get rid of this account and switch to my old one but still have my Nic name and how many posts i have.

I found a website on some of the exercises, But it doesn't have all of the exercises from what Jay and Archuleta do. This website is what the the Rutgers do as their weight training exercises.
