DLD, is this useing the same principle a JAI stretches? that recoil effect but your useing a much more intense stretch.

Very similar, the difference is the intensity used. The idea came from plyometric stretching I found in a body building forum.
 
So DLD, is it possible to use these with DLD Blasters? Would you use these as a warm-up to the DLD Blasters or afterwards? Possibly with Phase 2 of the DVD? If so, how often?

I've noticed that I get a really nice immediate flaccid length increase after doing these, more than most stretching techniques. Any idea why that is?

Does this target the tunica or the ligs?

Any thoughts on doing these bundled?
 
Anyone? I've incorporated them in my routine but would enjoy hearing further thoughts.
 
Hello and thank you for resurrection an old exercise! Doing these bundled would be that much more effective. I did make good gains using these but that was years ago. I definitely think incorporating these is smart. What else would you include?
