Deform that tunica with length master bundled stretches for at least 10 mins then hang or use an extender right away. You will always gain with this approach.
 
Tunica deformation is the most important warm-up to any routine. Without pre-stretching the Tunica it makes gaining length and girth much harder. By simply joining bundled stretches before each routine for about 5 minutes will deliver much more than if you did not do them.

I have been doing bundles in the shower first thing I get up 30 mins earlier than every1 else and use a bar of soap and really hot water, once warmed up and rinsed off the soap it leaves the skin with a really great grip.

I do bundled stretches with hot water pouring on me whilst maintaining a good grip as a good old fashioned bar of soap takes all the oils off. The grip is great so I do as much bundled stretching as I can for 20-30 mins.

You see why everyone using the length master needs to hang or use the Phallosan right after a length master session?

Yes, after all training you should have the Phallosan on. All day and all night. This will increase gains and speed healing. The SizeGenetics is great too but can't be worn to bed. The LengthMaster is the most important of all as this is where major gains are made.

I think that would be a huge key for me in time to be able to wear the Phallosan all night. Esp when the sesons with the lengthmaster are so intense. Healing in that elongated state and the hours I could log in of gentle traction. I really believe I could get an inch in 3 months if I put my mind to it with both tools. Like a I'm doing this and that's it commitment number 1 on the list everything else can wait. Just have to do what I can for now and keep the faith in my manual sessions. I won't even measure until I get back to the lengthmaster.

That is the most incredible thing about the Phallosan is you can wear it while sleeping unlike any other device. Those 7-10 hours of stretching will really set in stone new gains.

MOS needs to roll out those sleeves. We are still waiting. If those sleeves are out, I will look for ways to get the Phallosan.

What's up with the sleeves? I remember buying a male edge years ago. I could get incredible force for about 30 mins to an hour before restoring circulation. Then the damn thing broke on me after 3 weeks. I actually seen gains in 3 weeks. I wasn't working at the time and was logging in 12 hours a day everyday along with manual stretching between breaks.

That's why I always had the size genetics in mind because it could do the same but wouldnt break.
 
In certain cases there does appear to be a point to where if the tunica is expanded within a session/episode it may not retract back to its original dimensions- as observed in cases of megalophallus.

I have always wondered about the whole priprasm. Stretching of the tunica for so long and with enough intensity to deform it permanently.

Just like you, I prefer extenders too because I'm a master when it comes to using an extender. With an extender, you need to increase the tension every 10 to 15 minutes but not during your first stretching session though. You can start increasing the tension in the afternoon if you start your session in the morning. MOS wants to release a sleeve that is far stronger and durable than the sleeves that came with the Phallosan.

Glad to help!

While we're definitely not attempting to injure ourselves or duplicate exactly what goes in with megalophallus, attempting to simulate a reduced, controlled version of what occurs should be sound. This is done via regular training and by ensuring one can get their EQ as high as possible.

So many of us have tried controlled priapism with no results. I was able to hold an erection for hours but these guys with Sickle Cell can have an erection for days. I think there is a fine line between becoming huge and loosing eq.
