However customer do advise the gains that they have seen have been permanent.

Yes I tried, you said I should return the item for refund but you won't resend again.
Another problem is that the wrong courier that you or the one who assigned for the delivery to dhl. Since dhl refuse to deliver or return the package, without me paying their ever increasing hidden charges + custom duties and redelivery charges. There is no way I can have it release. I am not able settle with the custom officer since dhl refuse to disclose the department address or custom officer in charge.
Untill now I have not get my warranty refunded also.

Hi Darren,

I have ordered SG extender through MOF link today. In my invoice it shown as "SG1|ME1|PHDVD1" as description. And I choose Royal Mail as shipping to singapore. My invoice details are

Customer Number: SG-35674
Invoice Date: 2012-02-19
Invoice Number: 248010

But the username and password they give for Penis Health website is not usable. So Please help me to confirm my order and sent me the correct User Name and Password for Penis Health website. I am excited to start using my first extender. Wish to receive it soon without any problem.

Today I have received my new SG Extender. Although I have ordered with Royal Mail, Size Genetics sent me with DHL. But they didn't take no more extra charges for shipping with DHL. So I only need to pay $165 net to reach to my home. Thanks for their customer oriented service. I can't even find any Extender with that price in our local market.
I ordered at 19.02.2012 from Size Genetic, DHL reached to my home (Singapore) at 23.02.2012. So it only take 4 days to receive the item that ship from England to Singapore.
But that day I am not at home. So they fail to deliver it. Yesterday, I received an email to contact to DHL for redelivery of the item from Size Genetic customer support. I called DHL hot line with Air Bill No stated in that email. Today they redeliver it to my home. In the invoice it shown as Training Equipment and the box totally cover up (can't see inside easily). In the box, there is one Male Extra Pills packet, one Penis Health DVD and one SG Extender box.
But I still haven't received the correct User Name and Password for Penis Health Website.
I will write review after I have used it for 1-2 weeks.

You should be greatful that it arrives. Either he is still using dhl to make a fool of me or you are just another new account being created. I have bought it with extended warranty. He does not refund me: even though the package doesn't reach me, the very least the warranty that is deem useless now.. He does not give me any penis health website account too. If Sizegenetics followed my instructions. He should at least getting it returned after the 14days policy. Malaysia dhl is still charging me everyday for their incompetence.

I did but you denied my redelivery. You denied my refund also because dhl refuse to send it back without paying the custom duties and all the hidden recurring charges. If it's registered royal mail, the package would have been " 14 days unclaimed parcel" returned to sender mode. It should reach you last month.
