Sorry for the classic newbie questions to SizeG;

First off - Just wanted to confirm delivery to Hong Kong was in the region of US$53?
Secondly - The current kit is as advertised on the site? Extender, case, DVD, pills etc etc

Thanks to all for the help & advice in the previous 21 or so pages prior! Sold me on the device!

The shipping can be murder to get products to different regions, so yes the shipping is correct and I am sorry that the postal service needs to be such crooks.

The device is as the package apears in the SizeGenetics Order Page. It includes the following:

I ordered the extender 2 days ago, received an order ID but did not receive an email confirmation nor a receipt. I have emailed them via their web pages but haven't had a reply yet. Time will tell.
 
They usually deliver the unit before the email even makes it to you...They are QUICK!

You had to ask? O_o. lol, j/k. but seriously... the FIRST thing you should ever do on a failed payment is call the company in which you are trying to pay. Probably was a minor scripting error or something on their part.

I can advise that with The Matters Of Size offer you can only order using Visa or Master Card.

This is why you have not been able to use the Money order form.

Is there any reason there's only those two options? I was hoping to pay on my Amex via PayPal which in turn is paid off by my Visa! A nice convuluted route that keeps purchase names off my statement and still gets me airmiles!


I'm sure I've read it somewhere in this thread but the search function isn't working on my phone. What exactly does the transaction come up as on a bank statement?

Sure this will be my last question before purchase! Thanks again!

Sorry I must have been having an off day the other day you can pay by PayPal.

You will just need to select the PayPal option on the order page.

It should come up as Permenda limited on Your bank statement when you place your order.

Hey I ordered mine Sunday nite and have put three hours on it today. I got the upgraded shipping, got here rather quick since Im assuming it came from the UK.

Really happy with it so far and have at this point found the noose with the foam to be the most comfortable for me. The Comfort strap
slips off, but Im still experimenting. Tried a velcro strap already and may go back to it at some point. I have a buttload of those things in all shapes and sizes soooo.:cool:
 
Still waiting for my email but that seems to be the norm haha! Curiously, i'm yet to be billed though.

Anywho - counting down the days until it should arrive!

On a side note - that automatically playing vid on the SG website can be a bit of a nightmare!
