After checking out the forums for a bit I've decided to start a routine and invested in a penomet and a size genetics. I'm new to PE so worst case scenario I'll at least get some solid newbie gains with this routine. Routine I'm doing

Length
Warm up with hot wrap
3 reps of
-1 minute Stretchs in each direction/behind the cheeks
-1 minute rotary crack clockwise and counter clockwise
-1 minute bundle stretch
After stretching I do 50 reps of DLD blasters
Then I wear the sizegenetics for about 8-9 hours through out the day taking breaks every two hours to do light stretches and get circulation going.
Once I remove the extender I use a wrap to hold the elongated state an hour or two.

Girth
Warm up with hot wrap and get fully erect
Erect bundles
5 minutes SSJ
5 minutes penomet green gaitor
5 minute 2 second slow jelq
5 minutes penomet red gaitor
5 minutes SSJ
5 minutes penomet green gaitor
During the last 5 minutes in the penomet I do 3 sets of the penomet hardcore stretches

Once I'm done with girth work and fully expanded I put on a cock ring and wrap with ace bandage while erect. After about an hour i take off the cock ring and reapply wrap while fully stretched and stay wrapped while I sleep.

Is this routine too ambitious for a newbie? To compensate being new to stretch and size genetics I currently use little tension. I have the length of the bars set to where I'm getting moderate traction and about .25 to .5 stretch over my erect length. After about two weeks I plan to max traction at this length and once the becomes comfortable I'll add bars and repeat the process. I plan to stick to this routine for a year to reach my desired goal of 8x6 NBPEL. Currently I'm 6.25 NBPEL by 5 EG. If anyone has any advice it would be greatly appreciated.

as long as your d!ck can handle it, I don't think you're being too ambitious at all...a few keys to be aware of are fatigue and your EQ. I consider fatigue as being a good sign of a great work-out, (plus this is the best time to work on length), but poor EQ means that I've 'over-done' it and need to adjust. Being in-tune to your body is paramount, so don't 'power-through' any exercise if there's pain.
Best of luck!

Good to know, thanks for the advice. I forgot to put in there that I intent to do this routine 3 days on and 1 day off. To keep in the habit and solidify my routine I set up this off day routine

Warm up
Light stretches
4-6 hours in size genetics with no traction. Just a light all day stretch for healing in an elongated state
15 minutes in penomet with the grey gaitor
Followed by cock ring and over night wrap.

My idea with this is based on the SRT article saying that healing in the elongated state will cement gains and they'll come more quickly. So if I keep a decent stretch and pump on my off days It will in turn give better results. I've been worried that I may get stretch marks or discoloration like some of the other guys have talked about so to counter this I'm applying cocoa butter/moisturizer and taking a multi vitamin daily, as well as using Vaseline with Vitamin e for all girth work to ensure I keep the skin well hydrated.

WOW, another Brother who has done his homework! Very proud of you my Brother, you have used SRT to forge an awesome workout. I will check in daily. I hope others take the cue and create their own workout based on the principals of SRT.

I think "SRT" is for the very advanced trainer that has come very far in their journey looking to push the last gains to really reach his goals or grow an endless monster dick.
This is some really advanced stuffs you put together here.

I feel sorry for his dick, since his penis is a newbie and you will never know what works best for his penis.
You never know until you get experience.
In my opinion i would start with something VERY simple and see how your penis responds first.

DLD, don't you have something more "newbie" based for the sensitive penis, but still keep some of the SRT rules applied?
Let him work with a smaller workout and see how his EQ goes, how sore he feels etc.

Lets say he starts with something simple and figure out his EQ stays top notch and nothing seems to bite on his dick, then maybe he can
look into things like this. What if he figures out he can't even handle 50 jelqs without getting sore or get red spots? Then all this work
will just be counterproductive instead. I agree the workout looks awesome, if you have really good experience and your penis is ready for some
serious business.

I'm not trying to be negative or insult, i just want him to get a great first impression of the whole PE world.

Would be cool to determine different classes with specific routines, an example:

SRT Beginner
SRT Intermediate
SRT Advanced

Awesome glad we got another newbie. If you have any questions feel free to ask, we're here to support, help, and encourage you to grow. Your routine looks solid btw.

Thanks a lot for the tips and support guys. And a big thanks to DLD for coming up with all this. If it wasn't for your site and your SRT, I wouldn't stand a chance at making any gains. I'm 3 days in to the routine so far and I can definitely feel the fatigue but it's nothing I can't handle. The only soreness I have is coming from the base of the extender and the penomet. Not much I can do for the penomet but I've started wrapping the base of the SG and it seems to help a good bit. I took the advice DLD posted in another thread about using Vaseline with vitamin E for girth work. There's more mess but the feeling is a lot better and lasts much longer and will hopefully prevent any stretch marks from coming in as i progress.

Thanks for the tip Habban. what I got from the SRT was that it's all about healing in an elongated state to help cement the gains you get. As far as the intensity of my workouts go, I'm making sure I ease in to them the first couple weeks to a month as my body adjusts but still keep enough intensity to see results. I forgot to mention I'm doing 3 days on 1 day off for the first month as well to be safe. Im sure this routine will have a good level of fatigue but no pain no gain 😅

Not at all, SRT first starts out as the Newbie Routine for the first 3 weeks and after that intensity builds, if using the complete SRT routine, as I wrote it. But, if someone is not using SRT it is still imperative that they read the first post to learn many things they would not have otherwise. SRT is 14 years of PE understandings in one post!

Yeah, i have learn a lot of stuffs from SRT. Ye, it would be better if he followed the newbie routine in SRT instead of this whole routine he put together if he is new. It was just my opinion.
I hope it works out!
