The problem with things like this it takes allot of trial and error to get the best device on the market. We have listened to everything you have said and combined all the best and most realistic ideals into this device and we are still trialing in house here before we beta test outside.

I agree, time makes little difference when you are creating soothing so huge. There are many devices out there that we are looking at and it will take time to weigh pros and cons and devise our our way of improving everywhere others have fell short. What I do know is all the posts men have given have really helped us get to the place we want to be.
I think the ultimate ADS would something like this.
Bell (if we call it that) like the vacxtender 4.2 in different sizes so can get a good fit to the glands. No need for extra vacuum if the bell fir the glands its not needed for ADS. To much vacuum can hurt the glands making it hard to use 24/7
Condom/sleeve same silicone sleve vacxtender use. No need doe anything fancy.
Include short and longer sleeves so the long can be used with the bell as a anti turtle setup just like the xleeve.
Belt like phallosan and also a leg strap that can be used under the knee.
Tension control,,,,,something similar to what phallosan use but not as big and clumpsy,,,,something like a tiny fish scale if that makes any sense that could be put between the bell and where you attach it on the belt or leg strap.

I think a scale is very important with a device like this to keep track of how much tension is being used and how it is effecting gains.

One important quality... Easy tension adjustment. As you get a stretch, need to tighten up the tension.
Would be nice if the (waist) strap was like 1-1.5" thick, and could having a ratcheting buckle of sorts. I can't find any mini ratcheting buckles... But instead something like this:

i agree about the easy tension adjustment. that is why i like slider penis extenders more then other kinds. i'm not sure about a ratcheting mechanism b/c of the ratcheting noise. the buckle you linked i think would be better but looks to industrial.gnome2;619224 said:

Yea-its gotta give you a chance to hit every possible angle, choose a wide range of intensity, be easily adjustable, really comfortable to wear, really hard to break, easy to put on and take off, provide comfort to be worn ALL DAY AND ALL NIGHT, have a hanging attatchment, be hardly visible by other people, be adjustable to erections, not constrict the penis, BE able to be attatched in the beggining of the shaft (to provide expressive stretching). In other words- it should serve as the ultimate device- one that give is the comfort to hand (multiple angles if possible), can be used instead of any other PE piece of equipment, serve the purpose of Extender, ADS, ANS, Hanger, tunica, ligament and expressive stretcher. This is how the ultimate PE length device would look like, but I kinda dount its even possible to make it...

There will be as little sacrifice as possible and we will incorporate as much as we can from what the Brothers have suggested. There will always be room for improvement but I think we made the smartest move coming to the Brotherhood for ideas instead of springing a new device with no input behind it.
