Well boys looks like im in for this challenge...its gonna take me a bit to put pics up cuz i find it really difficult to hold a ruler keep it hard and bone pressed while taking a pic though....any pointers on taking good pics would be appreciated...plus dld when i win im gonna need at least the X-40 in a year unless they make one bigger by then lol

The way I do it is by tricking my penis into not knowing when the pictures will happen. Get some good ���� and get yourself very hard, keep the camera ready and snap quickly before he realizes it:)

That's why I've just finished my 4th hour of SizeGenetics and I'm almost at 1 hour of manual stretching for today. Jelqs before bed anyone? Oh, and I'm definitely 'Suiting up tonight before bed. Unconscious P.E. is the key for championship glory.
 
I'm 110% in, as a few have mentioned I'm having some issues with EQ in general so my stuff will be in very shortly, what if we say we officially give people till the end of the week to get pics / routines etc in and try and keep it all posted together to keep it neat and then we do monthly measurements starting 16th Aug? People that have already done pics you just get extra time as you were on the ball...

You can still enter after the dates but say have to post updates the same time as everyone else, how would people be with this?

Finally managed to get it done, unlike some my camera's zoom button is broke and as my ruler is see-through so It gets a glare so apologies for quality. What I do is mark each months measurements on my ruler with a marker so I know my targets, Ive included a comparison to just verify it a little.

Is it ok to post pics every 2months? I find it best to measure every two months then every one month.

As routine goes, as i said before, im a noob and have only started about 3 week ago so im still experimenting what works for me.

I havent much time also, or at least havent found a good way to put it in my schedule.

Cant do shit in the morning, its zombie mode.. when i get home from work, i usually do about 45 mins of exercise, cardio or free weights, so after i use the Bathmate on the shower and try to stay about 10min. Then i will have dinner, and try to put on the SG, still trying to find the most confortable way, so far is about 1:45m with a cotton wrist sweat band (as someone sugest in some thread) and the confort strap, i have already tryed the velcro and it doesnt work for me i have a lot of slipage issues, i head shrinks alot, but i've ordered the VLC and im confident that will work.

Before bed, i will warm up with a warm cloth and try to do the DLD newbie stretches and after that i strap the Bathmate for another 5min, then do about 100 jelqs, and another 5min on the Bathmate and usually try to get i more intense pump. I finish with another 100 jelqs, a warm down and some testicle massage.

I just got also one of those silicone things with a leg strap that i will be using for during the day.

Wish me luck, and will appreciate any comment.

ps: im have some troubles with getting erect for the jelqs, and usually some troubles staying flacid for the extender :/, any toughts on this?

Maybe sticking this topic and a participants list could help everyone to keep a better track of the challenge, i dunno if it's possible but is just an idea ;)

So is official to post pics every 2 month?

Anyway This is the routine i'm using since a while!

Morning Routin (7/7 days)

1. A good warm up for about 5-10 min (i usually do it with the Bathmate but sometimes i use a warm towel);
2. A manual stetch session of 3-4 series pull upward, downward and both sides all for about 40-45 sec with a 10-20 sec pause between any series;
3.300-400 jelqs, any jelq is about 2-3 sec, anyway i go really slow, with a good intensity;
4. when i go to the bath i do 50-100 kegels.

After Work Routin (5/7 - 2 days off)

1. Another good warm up for about 10 min (same as the morning routine =P).
2. Start the stretch, i'm using something similar to that one suggested in the DLD's newbie routine since the beginning of my personal Penis Enlargement challenge, so 3 Sets of each stretch below:

Behind The Cheeks to the Left
Behind The Cheeks to the Center
Behind The Cheeks to the Right

Straight Down to the Left
Straight Down to the Center
Straight Down to the Right
Straight Down Rotary Stretches

Straight Out to the Left
Straight Out to the Center
Straight Out to the Right
Straight Out Rotary Stretches

Straight Up to the Left
Straight Up to the Center
Straight Up to the Right
Straight Up Rotary Stretches

and after that 3-4 set of A-Strech, every pulls for about 40-45 sec with 20 sec pause between any reps;
3.Usually i do 2 Bathmate sessions, 3 when i have the time, increasing pressure every 5min for about 15-30 min each with a good pause between the reps;
4.Before to store my Bathmate i do the DLD Hardcore Bathmate Stretches;
5.Then Wear an homemade cock ring (i'm planning to buy a good one so advices are welcome) for about 10 min and i do some kegel and revers kegel while edging;
6. Warm down to relax the skin.

So i use approximately 2-3 hours to finish this routine and if i don't have the time one day for any reason i plan for one of the two off-day.

All for my LONG TERM GOAL -> NBPenis EnlargementL = 9" MSEG = 7" wish me luck!


And a welcome and good Luck to tyv! About your problem try to play some ���� or do some kegel usually it work for me when i'm tired.
