This is actually right on time because I just started training full-time again last week. It's been probably 6+ months...

So for my routine...nothing religious...random exercises whenever possible because of my current career situation...my focus is on girth

ex of a good day is...waking up two hours early, as I wake up my first thought is kegels. So kegel from then till I get to bathroom sink and I will start doing some light stretches(yes I'm a multitasking pro). Then a hot shower followed by a Bathmate session 20 minutes minimum. If I have time I will do a random amount of jelqs of various angles and hand positions, and some SSJs before I get in the Bathmate. So, after the Bathmate session I do jelqs and SSJs while enjoying some ���� which will lead to some edging. Then a very healthy morning shake on my creation and off to work. I usually work 10+ hours and a client's home or business, sometimes I work 18 hour days. Will try to get in some stretches during work. Anyway, when I get off and nothing to do I will do another session of JSBathmate's (Jelqs SSJs and Bathmate). I'm very knowledgeable about health and nutrition(also a certified personal trainer) so I drink a lot of water and strive to eat leafy greens and whole foods as much as possible. 6 times out of 10 I will be out somewhere after work so I will do a nice session of stretching in the bathroom when possible.

That's about it for me at the moment...Just got back from the basketball court...gonna do some stretches then a JSBathmate session...gotta be in another city a hour away at 5 AM tomorrow...so train hard fellas and get some good sleep

Well guys looks like this is getting into full swing! As many have stated this is a 'friendly competition' so if anyone needs advise or the likes then just ask away.

For me, I would like some recommendations on any advanced downward stretches they have tried and like? really want to smash this ligs this month.

Sock Stretches
Footlong STretches
Low Angle DLD Blasters
 
Heavy bundled downward stretches are fantastic for me. Bundled BTC's are also always in my routine, Footlongs are making a comeback into my routine too, I'm finding I get a really strong stretch with them, whereas I never used to. Any of those should help fry your ligs.

I think that to make a real BPenis EnlargementL mesure, you have to be standing up and the unit paralel to th floor.
Why? When you are on your bed or chair the bone press angle change and I notice that my BPenis EnlargementL is higher when not on my feet..maybe cause I can press the ruler more downward and accross the internal tunica.

My two cents

I agree i reach the 18cm when i'm seated ^^, I think that the important thing is to use only a measurement system to have a uniform assessment on effective growth.
 
I don't thank it matters as long as you are measuring in the same way, in this instance, to ensure consistency.

I've always have meausured sitting down and if I measure standing up it's only .2" difference. I find it hard enough measuring and taking a pic while sitting!!

I also think you should put a date in with your photos to ensure validity. I've noticed some folks haven't.
 
With reference to position of pics, I don't think it matters hugely as long as follow up pics are taken in the same fashion as the original. The competition is based on gains made, not largest size. As for dates, it's a fair point, do people want to retake?
 
Ok, so I am a little weirded out that I am doing this, I realized while taking the pictures, that I have NEVER taken a picture of my own (hey or anyone else's) penis before. I have been married since long before everyone had a digital camera in their pocket. Much less posted them for all to see.

Anyway here is my entry

Sweet count me in on this.
As of today (seated measurements):
EG midshaft - 5.85"
BPFSL - 8.6"
NBPenis EnlargementL - 6.9"
BPenis EnlargementL - (not 100% on this, will remeasure in a few days but I'd say) 7.65"

I'll be mainly measuring BPFSL and EG to see gains.

My length measurements are about a .25" shorter when I am standing.

You should get out there and start using what you got. Maybe you have Body Dysmorphic Disorder (BDD). I have that and it's hard to know what you really look like in general, but the penis is the most focused upon. You should try looking at thing by measurements instead of what it looks like to you.
