What are the resistance bands?

These are rubber bands that are mainly used for bodybuilding but we have found using them as a stretching tool is very effective.

When I try to roll the foreskin back on the front the back of the penis bends, I literally just got the device yesterday, what do you suggest my set up be? Should I use the traction wrap that it came with, or shall I just buy something from the store to wrap it? It seems that every time I put the device on the foreskin slides back into place which makes the device fall off as the penis is bent a little awkward.

The best advice is to take a couple hours and try all the various wrapping techniques. With your SizeGenetics they give you 16 ways to attach so I would try each to find what works best. check out my threads with videos i made of using the LM with resistant bands. it is similar to hanging you are just able to vary tension easily and are very mobile. i use it to to LM stretches instead of using my hands

thanks for the links cool videos man, thats a really smart idea using the bands! could you take a pic of the anchors your using so i know what exactly to go look for in my local hardware store... and also how long are the resistant bands your using and what are their maximum tension levels?

the maximum tension level of that band says 25 lbs. but that isnt true. the farther you move away the more pull and i have gotten more than 25 lbs for sure. i'll take a pic when later when i get back. im at my office now. ya the resistant bands are awesome!!

yeah if you could take a pic later when you can that would be good so i know what to go and buy, thanks for that! i am just about to order some bands now i have found some good ones. it would be good if there was a way that we could actually measure how much tension we are applying to our penis when we are stretching with the bands. anyone know how something like this could be done?

there is a way...it's a fishing tool. it's basically a rod that has 2 hooks at either end. you attach one end to the resistant band and the other to the LM and as you move back creating tension it measure the force in lbs and/or kgs. dont know what it is called. Lightning told me about it. ive been meaning to pick one up.

i got the anchors online. from a weird site that they had a price but you are able to bargain with the seller. they were like 15$ each but i bought 12 of them and they accepted 9$ per anchor. trying to find the website but cant. pretty much any hardware store will carry something similar but i know i havent been able to find the one i have

Yeah if you can find the site you got it from and send me a link that would be cool if you can find it if not im sure i will work something out. I ordered the resistance tubes so they should come here within a week i'd say.

Now I'm excited about this fishing tool that would be great to have as then you would know exactly how much force you are using which I think is important to know just like when you are hanging with weights as then you can know exactly how much tension you are applying over time! Can you find out from Lighting what this fishing tool is called? Or Lighting you can just let us know here what this fishing tool is called..? Putting the science into PE
