Just a question Dickleaker! You know I took a week vacation about 2 weeks ago and when I start back I noticed major resistance on the part of my dick! It was like the ligaments were pulling back!! In a few days they loosened up and are now giving easier but did you notice this or anything else after days off?

Dickleaker..how long were the Bathmate stretch sessions you did? That is an awesome gain right there. I have a Bathmate and have done these stretches here and there..need to pick it back up after hearing your results.

I'm doing 1 evening session of 40-60 min with 35LB with the Kettlebell right now. I'm only 10-12 sessions in at this point. I cant believe how quick you guys have seen gains!

I have really noticed a much harder pull when putting as close to the very base as possible. I had not been really doing that previously but rather a tad off the base. i think that is gonna make a difference.

I also find that using an athletic ankle sock as padding around the handle works great. They are a little thicker than other types of socks and are short so you dont have to wrap them around..just lay it across the handle and it works great.

Good for u man at 35 lbs and 40 to 60 minutes per day you should see some great gains if you keep at it consistently ...both my self and Priapus90 have had gains from these!!
My greatest gains came from the Bathmate hardcore stretches!
I did 20 minute session every day at 10 minute sets and 10 minutes jelqing after first 10 minutes afterwards 10 more minutes.
I went to max pressure right away and started the stretches right away for the entire 20 minutes.

How are you doing the BTC stretches? Also does the kettle bell squish/flatten down the base of your dick when you hang it there while stretching?

BTC...put one leg on a chair
from behind your leg grab your dick with your whole hand
now put your raised leg down slowly and you will feel the ligaments at the base stretch and burn depending on
how strong you pull

I wrap my dick with a thin cloth so the sweat is absorbed from my hand which gives a way better grip!

With the kettle bell hanging there is no flattening cause its so close to my body and the base of my dick.You should wrap the handle tho for comfort!

Alright, so on the btc ones are you grabbing close to the base of your dick if yo're grabbing with your whole hand?
 
My flaccid size is about the same as my hand so im grabbing pretty close to the base...I first started doing stretches with my first finger and thumb only so there was a lot of slippage and my finger would cramp so I said fuck it and started doing stretches with my whole hand around my dick because the more intensity the better(but be careful if ur just starting out to not hurt urself).

I think these are the best stretches for me for length cause they feel even more intense than the kettle bell V stretch.

Very cool and inspiring thread. I'm only just looking through it today after finding it in the hanging forum. Not sure why it's in this forum, as I don't see anyone using a hanger with this method, but whatever...I don't feel like moving it ;)

I am going to try this out myself. I've been wanting to get back into hanging, and am still planning to when my wife and I get moved into our new place next week. I don't think I'll be (in fact, I know I won't) buying any kettle bell weights though. I already have over 40lbs in weight plates and a weight stacker pin. I'm thinking, why not just take a long white sock I already have laying around, tie it into a circle, clip it through a carabiner clip on the stacker pin, then squat down and run my dick through the sock, then stand up? Seems like it would work to me. Nothing else for me to go out and buy either.

I'll keep ya guys posted.

That would def work as long as you use a thick sock!
The cool thing about ur stacked improvised kettle bell is its weight adjustable so that you can keep adding weights.

Yea, I realized an old wife beater tee shirt tied into a circle is a much better idea. It's much thicker overall and a bigger circle than the sock was. I just gave this a go with 18lbs for 5 minutes and am very impressed so far! I wish I had more time today, but I'm on the "honey do" list before I go meet my wife to sign for our place. Hope to work on this some more next week!

Great job by the way to everyone involved in this concept so far. I couldn't help but think to myself "damn, why didn't I think of that??" especially after being around the Penis Enlargement community for as long as I have. LOL
 
Awesome thread , and info. I have a question, for some reason I keep getting erect while trying to kettle hang, after about 2-3 minutes. Anybody have this happen or have a solution? TIA

Hey Guys, You may wonder where I've been the last couple days... I'm totally screwed for a couple days... this is one of the danger's of OVER doing Penis Enlargement!! I had purty bad urethral bleeding so I'm decomissioned for a few days... lastnite tho I did have a raging hard on and despite all the breaks and problems I've had the last month I've gained around a 1/8 - a 1/4 inch of length!! Jury is still out on the girth! Just a caution!! I don't know it this is what caused the bleeding!! But the kettle bell __________ stretch is what I was doing when it happened!! I would NOT suddgest doin that till I see if there is a problem there!! I'd rather be fucked up then have all you guys be!! Thanks guys!! I'll be overhauling my routine!! Will give you details SOON!! :D

I haven t tried those __________ kettle bell stretches so I probably won t now.

I have added in 20 to 40 minutes of BTC stretches to my Penis Enlargement and am confident I will gain erect length from them as they are the most intense thing I've done.

Pri, I'm willing to bet you w were partially erect when doing the mandingos. I've had blood from my urethra when I had a slightly erect glans. Just capillaries ruptured and it heals almost instantly. Grats on the gains!

You are absolutely right!! My head actually was partially erect! I didn't think that could happen!! WOW!! So that happened on like the 7th, am I all healed by now!?
