Also today is my first day of stretching and was wondering that if I'm wearing 5 curtain rings , which I will be buying a good stretcher this week, which equals 1 1/2 inches and I have no pain should I keep stacking until it gets uncomfortable? My sack only has a little discoloration but I think it is just from putting them on,?
