Next measure date is going to be August 25th before my birthday and looking for another 1/4" of erect length as a birthday present to me!

My short term goal is 7.5" EL.
Will be adding more weight soon to my kettle bell routine to make sure I reach my goal!

Urethral bleeding is not directly hanging related. Possibly bundling caused it, something that raises internal pressure. I have only seen urethral bleeding from glans squeezing for mushroom gain.

Some barbell plates, Gold's Gym for example, in the 25 pound size, have "handles" similar to kettlebells. There are stores for nothing but used exercise equipment, like pawnshops, really cheap for plates and kb's.

Bundling is great in the weight range you are using. Try swinging and pulsing by almost jumping up and down.

One bonus I have gained from the kettle bell hanging at the base of my dick is very strong erections with a high angle.
Do you think the high angle comes from resting the kettle bell at the base and that area is strengthened as a result giving the higher angle?

I think that you could be pulling some inner penis out and that may have an upward curve to it. Other than that it seems impossible that you could be pulling straight down on inner p and suspensory ligs and actually increase your upward angle. I am only hanging straight down these days, yet still have upward angle erection. Upward angle is good for sex; more options. Curve is good for finding more room instead of hitting cervix ceiling, but then in doggy or reverse positions curve is "bad" for the same reason but if we aim for the same area down or forward then the curve is rubbing g-spot in doggy or reverse positions. I was getting cussed out and seeing avoidance tactics when I was just hitting the cervix ceiling. Girth increases volume and a shorter but thick dick will hit that ceiling sooner than a toothpick pecker or pencil dick that is longer than a big red fire hydrant, soda can, or well preserved monstrous ancient redwood tree stump dick, IMHO. Looking like I can start with a decent amount of weight based on my "test" the other day when I first tried this. Probably 20lbs or so the first day (later today). The grip...patience grass-hoppa!

This grip is awesome! Practically welds my penis to my hand. I use a very simple, "harbinger" brand wrist strap. Anything similar should work just fine. Found in most stores that have a "sporting goods" area. These straps are used to help keep your grip on barbells, bars, etc. during "pulling" or curling exercises. Just a few dollars usually for a pair, maybe around $10 at most.

I point the strap part toward my thumb as shown in this first picture.

Then, I begin by simply wrapping the strap around my penis (stretch it out for length). I rotate the strap and my penis together toward my palm.

Continue rotating toward the palm. You end up with a "bundled" grip as a result, but that's supposed to provide a better overall stretch anyway isn't it? ;)

"Turn" your grip toward your pubic area as I do here. Then, simply squeeze your grip together onto your strap/penis. You won't find a better grip, I guarantee!

May take a little tinkering to get the feeling just right and comfort right, but it's worth doing.

I plan to Kettle Bell Hang for 30min daily starting at about 10 pounds and then move to 1 hour hanging with 5 pounds right after kettle bell.

Day by day, I will increase the weight of the kettle bells and the hanging weight too, though I will take breaks in between for circulation.

If I do this for year, there is no way I can't gain at least 1.5 inches in length.
