Here I am doing a 'bundled, hanging-V stretch' for lack of a better term. LOL 20.5lbs. I've just tied an old "wife beater" t-shirt into a big circle nice and tight for running my penis through. I squat down with the wrist strap snug around my wrist. Place my stretched flaccid penis through the t-shirt, then wrap the strap around and stand up. It took me a little practice at first, but so far so good! This is just my first set today as I'm just now getting everything right.

That grip is ingenious! Way to think man...

My grip seems to be fine with 15 lbs at 20 minute sessions.
I switch hands every 2 minutes and grip my dick with my whole hand behind the glans.

Just watched ur awesome jelqing vid on xtube and was helpful in that I had to correct my method a bit so thx for teaching me something man!
 
Day 33

evening
20 minute kettlebell V stretch/ hang standing up

followed by 30 minute slow jelqing session inspired by watching Stillwantmore2 video on xtube.

My theory on why the kettlebell V stretch/hanging is so good because you are doing 2 stretches at the same time ...the weight at the base of ur dick is pulling on the ligaments and the high angle you need to hold ur dick to keep the weight in place streches out ur inner penis!

That's what we're doing. The only difference is using a hand instead of the hanger....the hanger would just add more to what you had to mess with. More cumbersome and time consuming.
 
guys can someone tell me if am wasting my time with these i'm uncut and finding it very difficult to get a grip? or will i still benefit with the stretch at the base without pulling skin back? i would love to put some serious dedication into these.

Why u think u would b wasting ur time?
If you grab ur dick with ur whole hand behind the head even with the skin not pulled back u should be good to go!
If you are getting slippage then just wrap a thin cloth around ur dick and then grab on...that will absorb the sweat from ur hand.

evening session

10 minutes of stretching
30 minutes of SLOW wet jelqing
15 minutes Bathmate pumping cause I m going to a nude beach tomorrow and the expansion will be nice to show off!
 
dickleak ave been trying these without pulling skin back its doing nothing it just feels like skin stretch, the only way i get that amazing stretch is

i pull skin back and do a fingers thickness behind the glans with an ok grip, as soon as i add weight it just chokes the life out my glans, this

is a pure gutter am bummed bout this, this excersise looks propa genius.

Can you pull the skin back then wrap ur shaft with a soft cloth just once and then grip with ur whole hand?Or have you tried using baby powder on ur hand which would do the same thing as the cloth -absorb the sweat from ur hand and improve ur grip!

i wish it was simple man, i feel like circling myself at times, skin just slides forward when a try and put my hand round shaft, ave just got a sweetspot behind there glans

evening
25 minutes kettle bell V stretch/hang - make sure you shake alot of blood back in ur dick when you change hands
20 minutes of wet SLOW erect jelqing with a few tao' s at the end to hold more blood in head!

20 minutes in Bathmate with a condom on and using the comfort rubber sleeve without the stock comfort pad

The condom seems to minimize fluid buildup to almost nothing and ALSO prevents blood spots and darkening of my shaft so far ...this is very promising for me cause I did like the dark color I get from pumping!

SirKyle, according to what I remember from science class somewhere between 6th to 9th grade, doing a V stretch with a hanger would halve the weight on the hanger. That might make a hanger comfortable with 80 pounds that worked with 40 pounds max. Since the weight is not hanging with the dick passing through a pulley, it may work even better the more "friction" at the V. The greater the friction at V, the more comfortable the hanger or the more possible the hand grab. The more the friction at V, the more pull between V and body, the less the pull from V to hanger or hand grip. I haven't tried a hanger with V, or high friction like a knot at V, so I don't know. Sounds good to try.
