Here I am doing a 'bundled, hanging-V stretch' for lack of a better term. LOL 20.5lbs. I've just tied an old "wife beater" t-shirt into a big circle nice and tight for running my penis through. I squat down with the wrist strap snug around my wrist. Place my stretched flaccid penis through the t-shirt, then wrap the strap around and stand up. It took me a little practice at first, but so far so good! This is just my first set today as I'm just now getting everything right.
