Hey Ownd,
I would think attaching a tie to ur dick and then the kettlebell may pull on more ligaments than resting on ur base BUT I think it would cut off the circulation.These stretches are very intense and I am changing my hands every minute cause they get tired.
However give it a try for maybe 5 minutes at a time and report back.
Day 6
20 minutes of kettle bell hang/stretch and 10 minutes of erect wet jelqing.
I decided not to do a second session- my dick is very fatigued and I am gonna rest it for 2 days and then back on for 5.
