Would you guys say because of the weight distribution, this hits different ligments than say predominately used hanging methods?

Would be funny being kettle bell exercises work tendons and ligments alot more than normal weight lifting.

I haven't done any hanging besides the kettle bell stretches so can t compare for u.
In the week and a half since I've been doing these I can see my erect cock getting bigger so am pretty excited.As a side effect my cock is rock hard when erect from doing these .
I'm guessing the intense hanging off the base of my dick is pulling inner penis out and stretching the ligaments on the top part of my dick -but I' not an expert .

Today I did one session of 19 minutes using the 15lb. kettlebell and 20 minutes of erect wet jelqing.
I didn't get to do my second session cause i got so horned up from the first one that I had some great sex.

What I really love about this exercise is that it doesn t fatigue my dick and I can have sex the same day .

Haha Yes the names are enjoyable. Im pretty proud of this one.

I've actually been doing about 5 or sets of 1 minute hangs of my 20lb Kettle Bell. Seems to be working pretty well.. Really really works the perineum. Whenever I have a Erection, I just feel the contractions are tons stronger.

Since my later sessions have been noticing some difference in the length aswell.

Day 3

Kettle bell 15 lb. hanging for 20 minutes followed by 10 minutes of erect wet jelqing X 2 sessions.
One session in morning and one in evening.

I am thinking of attaching a 5 lb weight plate to the bottom of the kettle bell to increase the weight and intensity to 20lbs.
 
The only other exercise I do is dlds sock method for length.

I sort of feel my perineum is getting very use to the weight of 20 pounds, do you stretch toward the belly button and against your body at all? or just in a general upward direction?

Straight up man!! I stretch against my body towards my belly botton (for me its passed my belly button by about 3 inches! LOL!!)
 
Kettle Bell stretch #1- Put you penis thru the handle and pull straight up towards your belly button!! The kettlebell handle should sit on the extreme base of your dick!
Kettle Bell stretch #2- Put your penis thru the handle and pull your penis STRAIGHT out from your body (if your standing your penis is perpendicular to the floor)! The kettle bell should sit in the middle of your dick thus creating a shallow "v" shape.
Kettle Bell Fake Hanging- Put your hand thru the handle of the kettle bell! Allow it to sit on your wrist thus weighting your arm! Grip your penis behind the glands and allow the weight of the kettle bell and your arms to pull your penis downward as if hanging. I don't feel a good stretch right away doin this but the more time you spend on it the more "burn" you feel!! This can be done in 5 minute sets switching hands to prevent fatigue!
Kettle Bell __________ Stretch- Put your Penis thru the handle of your kettle bell and allow it to sit at the extreme base of your dick!! Perform a standard __________ strech and you got it!! I feel ALOT OF intensity in this stretch!

Sorry it took me so long to post this!! These are all the stretched I've come up with for the kettle bell!! If you can think of new one's let me know!! I'm always tryin to come up with something new!! Enjoy your big dicks Ya'll!! :D
 
Hmmm, this is good stuff. I'm gonna try a modification of this exercise using the LM as a way to grip and hold my penis at an angle. My thought is to be able to sit the LM on top of my legs (while in the device) while having the kettle ball hanging at the base of my shaft. My mission is to be able to passively perform this workout while I'm on the computer. It will also ensure that my grip is not the limiting factor. My only concern is that the angle will not be high enough to force the kettle ball to the base of my shaft.

I'll update you with the results within a day or two.
 
@magiksock- You shouldn't have to "force the kettle bell to the extreme base of your cock with the upward stretches!! You start out that way!! When you begin the exercise, you place it at the extreme base and begin the high angle upward stretch!
 
I did a modified version of these, since I have yet to go buy a kettlebell

Basically I used my hanging weight plates and an unused tie and hung that from the base of my dick.

I feel a dull ache at the base of my dick and while I m doing the stretches yeah I feel a burn.Today will be officially day 6 for this journal but I have been doing these now for 2 weeks.Measure date is end of june so I will be able to tell then how effective they are ...am hoping I get as good results as you did Priapus90 with the Golds band/kettle bell.
Like I said before my erections seem to be better as a result of these exercises which is a bonus for me cause I had issues with Bathmate and extender.
How has your EQ been as a result of these stretches for you -any changes?
What is your routine now ? Still the same as before?I think you are 8"EL right?-that is my final goal!

My EQ is GREAT!! I am still on the same routine!! I measure on friday!! I hoped to have gained more! I'm 8 inches in length as of the first friday in May! :D And thanks for the compliment pjp2002 I hope to bring so mew ideas to Penis Enlargement!!
 
im debating on trying these out. do you think it would be more effective if you run a tie through the kettlebell handle, then slide the tie over your dick it seems like it would put even more pressure on the base then if you put the kettlebell directly since its a smaller area that can get closer to teh skin and create more of a downward isolated stretch then the larger area of the kettlebell resting on the dick..

Pripus did you gain .5 inches in length just from these alone? were you doing any other exercises or can you surely say that it is a result of these, also what was your exact routine, time with the stretch and how many days per week.

just wondering if hanging from the base is as effective as normal hanging which seems like it would pull the ligs out more but who knows.
