I never has able to find a real measurement but I read somewhere that he is 9X6.5 or something like that!!
 
Dont know what's causing it ...maybe the erect jelqing.I love it tho!!

Day 10

20 minute session of kettle bell V stretch / hanging with 15 lbs followed by 17 minutes of erect wet jelqing -again great expansion with this
 
Officially Day 11

20 minute session of kettle bell V stretch at 15 lbs.

evening was same 20 min sess followed by 25 minute of erect wet jelqing...again anyone gain girth from these cause the temp expansion is awesome!

I ve got 3 more weeks of this routine till I measure for gains.I will be picking up a heavier kettle bell this week when I get paid.
Priapus- are you using a heavier kettle bell these days?
 
@Dickleaker- Yeah Man!! I am using a 20lber now!! Its about to tear my COCK OFF but the work out is great!!

@fonic- I seen one guy on here or maybe it was on the "Gold's Gym Band Threat" that said something about trying it... the only problem I'd see with doing it the way you suggest is that you'll be juggling ALOT OF STUFF!! But I assume that it is possible to do the stretch that way.

I am gonna move up to the 20 lb er this week cause I am getting used to the 15 lb one and I want more intensity.With gripping my whole dick I don't see a problem with the grip or slippage like the way I first started doin these.

If I get 1/4 " gain in EL on my measure date I will be extremely happy.

What is ur next goal man?
 
I'm headed for 9X7! I want to have a dick similar to mark ashley's and I believe that he's around that!! Idk... I never really thot I'd make it to 8X6 so anything above that is AWESOME!! :D

I went out and bought a 20lb kettle bell and it was not quite enough weight so I picked up a 30LB and hope I'm doing all this right. I can hold the 20 lb for several minutes but the 30 lb I'm only getting a minute or two before my grip slips.

How long are the sessions? I think I went for about 30-40 min holding a minute or so at a time with the 30lb right at the base and then maybe an inch off the base toward the middle.

I dont feel any soreness so I hope I'm doing these long enough. I saw the video (thanks for that!) so I should have the technique correct.

Another great stretch I've been using that can complement this is kind of a behind the cheeks type stretch while laying down. I can lay in bed and pull my dick between my legs with an overhand stretch and hold it there for 5-10 min at a time before repeating with the other hand and to the other side. I get a really really strong pull and you can flex your butt cheeks to really add some great torque.

Just thought I'd throw that out there..not sure if it's been discussed. It's an easy one but very strong stretch to do while laying in bed and reading or watching tv.

After I'm done with the Kettle bell I switch to these for another hour or so. Total stretch time is then maybe 1.5 hour a night. Do you guys thing this is enough?

How long did you guys stretch for per session with the Kettle bell to get 1/2" and 1/4" inch gains in a month? If I got an 1/4 out of this Kettle bell in only a month I'd be over the moon!

Dude with a thirty pounder you should definately be feeling some soreness... The way your doin it in 1 minute segments is how I'm doin it!! But yeah you should feel something... your doin the kettlebell V-stretches right!?

Sounds like ur doing these correctly especially if u watched Superdick's vid and are copying that .
I do 20 minute sessions twice a day and it makes the base of my dick and ligaments sore .I follow it with wet erect jelqing to get as much blood as I can into my dick following the sessions and get great girth and length expansion which is temporary but great for blood flow ,tissue expansion ,erection quality ,etc.

The stretch you do following the kettle bell is my favorite of all the stretches and squeezing ur ass also gets even better stretch..way to go for using these /think they have big gaining potential because the grip and stretch is so good and intense .
What's ur size now and ur goals?

I haven 't measured my gains yet doing this exercise /my next measure date is end of June but since starting these I can see my erect dick is bigger without measuring ,which has me super inspired to keep going with them and moving up in weight this week.

Priapus90 has gotten 1/4" gain in a month from these and I, like you would be extremely happy with that gain in erect length!

I hope you do a beginning measure /set a goal and realistic length of period to accomplish it and then report back to everyone on your results !

These is some really encouraging stuff guys. Thanks to all of you for the great input!

I am 6 15/16 x 5 1/2 ..soooo close to a major milestone for me of 7"..I hope this kettle bell puts me over the top. It is such a great feeling to at least be above average at this point and to be past the point feeling inadequate. My goal is to reach the holy grail of 8" x 6".

I have to do these 1x a day so I guess I'm going to try and go for 40 Min sessions. So is the consensus about 20-40 min with everyone?

Dickleaker..these stretches we use (laying behind the cheek) gave me some very good progress since I started. I started warming up with a heating pad for the first time before doing these and the combo has really worked for me.

I do 2 20 minute sessions!! so 20 - 40 is good I think with some jelqing added!! Keep up the good work!! You'll reach your goals!! :D
 
I tried doing it directly with the kettle bell but it seemed like it was just squishing my dick and it made it hard to stretch? Anyone else have this happen before? I ended up tying a shirt around the kettle bell and hanging the shirt around the base of my dick with the kettle bell attached.
 
Day 12

20 minute session in morning followed by 10 minutes of wet erect jelqing.

Same routine in evening but standing up this time instead of sitting down ...sitting down with the extra weight hanging makes my butt sore !I find standing up I get a better stretch and I can squeeze my butt together and push forward to really target my ligaments with the kettle bell resting at the base .
