damn, just wanted to say that i love the length routine. it's the first time i've really felt like i worked out my penis before. i'm going to get back into Penis Enlargement for real now, and i'm focused. i hope your girth routine is the equivalent of the length when it comes to intensity. i feel really good after doing it. i'm even a little sore which never happened with another routine
 
i was just wondering, with edging while clamped, how am i supposed to stimulate my dick? i thought when you balloon you're only supposed to rub the base and avoid the head, but if i try to do it with a shoe string tied around it lol
 
fuck there needs to be a damn edit button!!
i found some string, but when i did a loop knot a) it didn't hold b) it hurt like all hell, so i'm going to have to think of a softer material i can use. what else is good?

Not necessarily "better", probably more advanced though, you should stick to the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words] until you stop gaining, I believe. Correct me if Im wrong.
 
Hi, I have been very deicated to REDZULU2003's lenght routine for 6 weeks.
My stable gains are 0,5 cm (0,2 inch) and unstable gains are 1 cm (o,4 inch)

I will post results after next 6 weeks.
 
Welcome and good gains thus far! nearly 1/4 inch in length for 6 weeks.

I would suggest taking pix now and than in another 6 weeks, hopefully you did the same before you started as its great to look back on.
 
What do you think of this routine? : Sunday = rest day - I want to make sure that I'm not doing extra work that won't necessarily show more gains.

I like it and this is very organised and structured well. If high volume, like for dld works for you than go for it and let us know how it works buddy.
 
Cool I've been looking for a good routine for all levels, i think i'll give one of these a go. I will make sure to post results. oh, is routine 3 OK for all levels?
 
Another thing that can be used with little discomfort and excellent hold is plastic wrap.
 
I keep hearing references to edging, but I'm not sure exactly what it is. Is there a link somewhere that can explain it? (to save the time of having to type out an explanation)
 
When you edge, just get a maximum or full erection and masturbate until you reach very close to orgasm and STOP ... than star again and get to that point again. Repeat for something like 15-45 minutes or more. Your penis gets erect and fills with blood each time, so remember to kegel often and don't ejaculate. This exercise builds [words=http://fleshlight.sjv.io/c/348327/302851/4702]stamina[/words] and endurance in the penis so you can last longer but also many believe it releases some chemicals in the penis area that help with gains. I love to do these clamped. Very good and FUN exercise to do.
 
Yeah I've been doing it for a week now, it seems to be having some positive effects, there's been some pre-cum, but im assuming that's normal..anyway thanks for clarifying that. the routine as a whole also has been pretty awesome so far
 
Hey quick question, been doing a modified version of the length only exercise, doing the DLD Blasters for 10 mins, the DLD squad behind the leg rotaries for 10 mins, and the 'mother of all lig stretches' for 10 mins on a 2 day on, 1 day off schedule for past 2 weeks. Was considering increasing the intensity by perhaps moving to a 5 day on, 2 day off schedule? Have you ever heard of anyone doing a 5 / 2 split before? Any recommendations?
 
Yeah 5 on 2 off is a common schedule used and I myself utilised it back when I started Penis Enlargement. I say go for it and let us know how it goes.

I'm pretty sure I know how to do the DLD Blasters and the DLD squat behind the cheek stretch rotaries, but I can't seem to find any pictures or video graphics of the Blue_Whales ultimate Penis Enlargement exercise otherwise known as the ''mandingo secret' or the DLD Expressive stretches.

I'll be searching the forum all night, 2morrow if when I start my routine !

well i havent been consistent with my routine but am getting back to it. i have been working with the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] past two weeks getting used to it and will use it in my routine and break up days length and girth days. i have been stretching manually whenever. my flaccid does seem longer over the past two weeks using the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] and stretches along with doing jelqs inbetween [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] sessions. so i going to have a look at one of these routines and stick with it for 3 months hope i can reach my short term goals by then 6el and over 5eg. my current stats are 5.75-5.80(sometimes 5.90 depending on eq bpel) and girth is 4.80 mid-shaft and 5' base. long term 7x6. hard work and dedication i hope to reach near my goal by end of year but short term first. also gotta work on my [words=http://fleshlight.sjv.io/c/348327/302851/4702]stamina[/words] i gotta do more edging.
 
Current routine is in my thread located in that section as a sticky and is currently using the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] with clamping and some stretching applied with some intense kegels while in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words]. I have always had rest days with Penis Enlargement and its vitally important in my opinion but guys have done it 7 on zero off with good results.

Is 10 minutes of each too much? Would be a total of 30 mins of ligament stretching. I am also doing 20-30 minutes of edging and have a 10-15 minute kegel routine that I am doing currently.
 
Just thought i would drop a post to say that this looks to be the best routine ever created.

I will start the length and girth routines on a 4:1 day ratio from the 1st August and update every month.

Red, i realise you did not do this exact routine to get your gains, but could you post your starting stats and your current stats please, and also how quickly you gained if possible.
 
Its a powerful routine and eventually it will be revamped again. My stats were 6.6 inches BP erect length and 5.4 erect girth. I had approx 3-3 1/2 inches flaccid length. Now I'm 8 1/2 inches erect length and on a full hard-on I feel its 8.7. Will be measuring very soon. Again BP and my girth is more uniform now than the older pix, meaning its pretty much a solid 7 inches. Underneath the glans is in the late 6 inch range and right at the base region I'm over 7.2 inches. It took me from 2001 to 2006 to reach 8 inches length and 7 inches girth. I saw very good gains and size though within the first year.
 
Red, one thing i have noticed after doing Penis Enlargement and body building in general, is that the day after whichever mucle i have worked aches (in this case the base of my penis) and this lasts a day or two. My question is, do i need to wait for this to subside before progressing or should i capitalise on the weakened state, i do actually veiw the feeling as a good thing because it means that my workout is effective, however i am just not sure whether to capitalise or wait.
 
Me personally, would take a rest day but plenty of guys have gained well by taking advantage of this ache and working on. Regarding bodybuilding, that ache is usually from the golgi tendon organ from the intense workout. Pain in the muscles is actually from the tendons.

Which would ring true in smooth muscle and ligaments in the penis.

Friend I m Newbie....and I never had Penis Enlargement....in my life.....I just wanna add girth.......so before applying ur girth routine......what do u suggest???? ppl always say to get in condition.....we have 3 months .....is that right ????
