I kind of lost the tracks on my journey, its been almost 3 months since I started and I already overtrained my dick. I had to stop for a week to regain my eq. After researching a LOT on [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] and other sources I came up with a simple, light yet promising routine for my comeback. I`ll be experimenting on this routine for a while, but for the time being, [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words], clamping and other advanced exercises (that I shouldn`t have tried as a newbie anyway) are out of question. I`ll start doing what I must have done 2 and a half months ago: light routine, experimenting what works and what doesn`t, resting and listening to my penis clues.

I`ll be experimenting with this routine for 30 days and see how things go. I wanted to see and check for myself if the sayign "less is more" is true in penis enlargement. For motivational purposes I created a fun name to it and will record every single day on this journal.

Sometimes it is all about keeping it fresh and new. Any workout can become a plateau and when that happens you need to:

1. Increase time of exercise
2. Increase Intensity of exercises
3. Change to a more intense routine
