I kind of lost the tracks on my journey, its been almost 3 months since I started and I already overtrained my dick. I had to stop for a week to regain my eq. Bathmate[/words], clamping and other advanced exercises (that I shouldn`t have tried as a newbie anyway) are out of question. I`ll start doing what I must have done 2 and a half months ago: light routine, experimenting what works and what doesn`t,
resting and listening to my penis clues.
I`ll be experimenting with this routine for 30 days and see how things go. I wanted to see and check for myself if the sayign "less is more" is true in penis enlargement. For motivational purposes I created a fun name to it and will record every single day on this journal.
