DLD, nothing changed from my last measurement. Not even the flaccid stretch. These last days I have been stretching to my max, and it doesn`t seem to be stretching not even a bit! I heard somewhere about a "cord" that exists inside the penis that can`t stretch, only at some angle. Do you have info about that?

Can heavy weight lifting and intense muscle training negatively affect the penis growth? I workout in the gym 5-6 days a week and the training is very intense. Is it logical to guess that our body wont have time to grow the penis since it has recover and rebuild the bigger muscles of the body?

I my experience not. I trained natural and still gained.
Don't really know if would have gained faster without it, but can imagine that it could slow down the process to some extent.
Keep doing what you're doing; take enough rest and suited nutrition.

1 hour total - good training. Managed to keep the measuring tape away today. 10 days from my next official measure in which I will finally complete 1 full month of Penis Enlargement. It wont be a month exactly from my starting day (It`ll be a month and 10 days) but I want to measure at the 1st of every month so I`ll count as my first month of Penis Enlargement and forget I did those extra 10 days.

Do not buy into the cord deal, I think is really slows guys down mentally (similar to LOT). Nothing is going to stop you from gaining. If you are struggling with your current routine and things are not panning out it is time for a more hardcore routine. You are already so close to your goal, you may just need to step it up.

didn`t pe much today because i`m a little depressed. Today my gf came by and during foreplay my parents came in the house (not big deal- my door was locked) but she asked to stop and wait for them to leave. I was doing good, relaxed, and knew I was going to perform well but when we started again some hours later I was nervous and just couldn`t get hard enough for intercourse. I read through your progress Dorsay. If you are still feeling like the length gains aren't coming as expected, consider adding more stretching sessions through out the day. During lunch, take 30 mins to do some manual stretching in the men's room. It's tough to warm up but just take it easy and pick up the tension. Also add another stretching session in the evening before your girth work. Fedora's progress thread, he did a lot of these multi sessions. He would wear the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] on/off for an hour at a time but also do manual stretching before each time. Give this a try before switching up to some hardcore stretch exercises so you can milk these for everything they will give. I'm in the same boat and have been really tempted to step up on the DLD blasters. But I think I can extend the stretching time, increase the frequency, and the intensity with the basic stretches and make gains from it.

Thanks for the advice mate, I`ll try to do a few sets during after lunch in the men`s bathroom.

I'm glad to hear you will try the extra sets. I bookmarked your thread and plan to continue following.

I used to have a hard time with getting longer SSJs too. Making a tighter clamping grip helped there. You can squeeze that base down the to size of your pinky finger and keep all the blood at an erection level for longer SSJs or even a 10min hand clamp sessions.

Walk back to the bathtub and bend over and compress right away. I've gotten this method down perfect to getting no bubbles at the top. Every few mins or so I will pump some more and do my best to stay at or near max for the duration. Pumping up to near max in that first min sets my seal up.

SOme guys do better with other exercises than others. Jelqing really only brought me minimum gains, it was when I started with supersets, as seen in Phase 2-5 that I really packed on the girth.
