So i did this as my FIRST ever girth routine, this is because dry jelq's just dont work with my foreskin, i end up just tugging at my skin.

It was my first day in Penis Enlargement and holyy, my penis was on FIRE and it felt GREAT, i came at the end of it, but my penis head was ENGORGING and becoming harder then a rock.

I could see my head engorge like crazy but not my shaft as much.

Is it safe to do this? it was my first day in Penis Enlargement
 
im not sure i would do it my first day of Penis Enlargement. i would actually starts with mabey some wet jelqs about 3 to 5 hndred to kinda condition your penis. i do alot of S.S. sometime 2 sets of 15 to 20. but i do know if you doing them right they can kill your dick cause of the trauma.
 
My penis feels ok, its PUMPenis EnlargementD like crazy

my flacid hang was about 2-3 inches in length and RELLI thin, right my my flacid girth is about 4.5 inches and it looks like its SUPenis EnlargementR thick due to the short flacid length.

My penis is SUPenis EnlargementR pumped right now, im feeling pretty serious stretching in my ligs too after my first stretching, think im gonna take today off.
 
The only thing is that Im not sure if im doing the uli right I conducted a search and didnt figure out how to do them. Can you explain how?

im trying to understand what yall are ralking about. ive been reading over this post over and over again. i did these so called supra slammers but im not getting the effect like everyone else i really dont understanding how to do the uli thing, and edging and ballooning i read over it i and i just dont get it. its difficult for me to understand it
 
gatordong--The exercise method is the very 1st post by Supra himself. He gives the exercise techniques and sequence. It just may be it's in an informal writing of steps.
 
i read over it how long do you edge and balloon for? before you do a uli and how long do you hold the uli for and how many kegels do you do? i just got to many questions to ask

I'm having trouble understanding it at the moment. Lemme look at the sequence an I'll dissect it and break it down into a simpler form.
 
I'm with you all the way until the Dry Jelq part. I've never really understood how to do a Dry Jelq, my foreskin bundles up. In this exercise it's really hard for me to get that final 10 sec engorgement in the head, then shaft. Is this last part really necessary? It seems redundant to the Uli.

Nice exercise though, I've started it but haven't been doing it long enough to really see the effects :s

so its alright if i secrete while doin this just as long as i dont get ponr? im building my way up two days straight now with five reps. my second week im going to try 10 and third im going to go for 20. Is this a good routine to throw in with my basic stretching?

Wow! This is such a geat routine. Just a quick question Supra or from any vets here, how is your sensitivity after doing all these? I mean is it still the same as before starting Penis Enlargement? Because, although I've been doing Penis Enlargement for a while, I'm afraid I might do damage on the delicate nerves due to all the hard squeezes. I definitely don't want to sacrifice my sensitivity for a big dick without feeling at all. Any advice? Thanks in advance. First post.
 
This is powerful exercise and I actually got an injury after one time I was doing it. Took about 3 months to heal. So, my advice would be - be careful with it

With any advanced exercise in penis enlargement the user should really take it slow until an understanding is realized. Rushing into exercise or becoming overzealous will prove to be dangerous.
 
Ok, so i've been doing these for the past week now and it's giving me expansion that could rule the world. I mean comeon, it's like merging two dicks into one. That's fine for girth and all, but does this really helps with length? I think I'm seeing some temp lengthincrease as well, but this is harder to tell without measuring. Anyone gained length from this exercise? How much in how long? I'm really getting tired of the basic jelqs for length so....

Man so glad i found this, going to put this into my girth routine!
Its like 6 years old too...!
Sounds really intense so my guess is to take it slow and easy at first until im conditioned, i dont want any injuries that are gonna put me out for months.
 
Benoz, this one is an intense one allright. You should take it very very slow the first couple of times, but once you're conditioned for it, it's one of the best manual girth exercises. I know supra says this gives you length as well, but I'm not 100% about that.

Yep definitely a great girth exercise!
 
Is there anyone, who has made a video from this whole exercise, or who can make a good explanation from those uli's and horses? I just can't figure this out, and those video links were broken too :(
 
1. Get erect
2. Clamp off at base with fingers doing an OK grip
3. Keep TIGHT grip, and push the OK grip .5-1" towards the head. Keep all the clamped blood still in the penis.
4. Now hold this for 30 seconds
5. Do a 10 second jelq towards the head, still with a TIGHT grip. Sort of like if you were trying to squeeze the blood out of your urethra (if this happens though, go see a doctor LOL)
6. Hold the grip beneath the head for 10 seconds.

Try it a couple of times, you will understand how to do it once you have your hands down there ;)
