Sounds like a GREAT excercise to me!!!

But i have a question though...
As an excercise for girth i totally understand it, but for the lenght i don't get it. Is it the jelqing and a "stretch" when you hold the grip under the head that should give you some of the lenght? because then uncut pe'ers will get problems here:S
If you do it like that you can only stretch the skin since the foreskin will cover the head when you reach the glands... That's also whats happening when i do normal wet jelqs...

I hope someone have a good idea on this, because it really sicks to be uncut in Penis Enlargement:P
 
Fighter_gainer, I think it is a effective for length in the same way that jelqing is. Even clamping will have some benefits for length, just greater benefits for girth.

I also see the penis a bit like a ballon when jelqing etch. The more blood getting into the penis, the bigger it gets in all directions...

I don't remember where i read it, but i have read something about full erections jelq etch. would make your lenght smaller.. I didn't quite understand why, but now it also seems like it wont:P

one last thing:P on page 15 in this thread one said just don't do it right after a stretching session... why is that?:S i allways do about 40 minutes stretching and then half an hour jelqing, why should i not do the supra slammers instead of the jelqing??? :S
 
wow......how the fuck did i miss this thread?!?!?! jesus supra you're my HERO! i was gettin frustrated with my routine because i just didn't see any improvment due to time constraints and all that. this routine is shorter than what i usually do and it seems like there is nothing but good things to come of it. i'm very very excided to do this in my next routine. thanks for the help
 
I have a question... I've done Penis Enlargement on and off for the past year and I'm just starting up again... would it be alright to start with this and then get more intense or should i wait a month before i do the slammers... i've done them before in the past... any info would be great. thanks- joe
 
I'd be safe and avoid them for a month or so if you are just starting back. Then get into some ulis for a bit then try the slammers gradually, then increase duration and intensity.
 
Hey Supra, did 10 of your slammers about 20 minutes ago and was wondering if I could ask you a question. I've been doing stretches & jelqs for a few years and never really felt it neccessarry to investigate more compliacted exercises. Anyway...

What's a Uli? I looked around on the forum and couldn't find a description. When you mentioned a uli in your description I just held an ok grip.

Good exercise by the way, although it didn't get pumped as much as some others have been saying, maybe that'll happen when I knock it up to 20+?
 
I'm doing these right now and I'm pretty sure they're working, but I was just curious what kinda gains people have seen from doing these? I'm looking to gain about an inch in length and 1.25 inches in girth

an uli is when you get a full erection, kegel, then clamp with your hand at the very base of your penis. In other news. I'm doing exclusively supras slammers (and maybe dld blasters) and I will continue to post my success on this page.
 
Just to start, I'm 6' nbp, 6.75 bp, and 4.6 eg. I just had a great workout of only about eight slammers (starting out.) I came at the end, but thats not what I plan on usually doing. From the temp length and girth I get I really anticipate some great gains from this. Thanks Supra!
 
My eg when while I'm performing the slammer is about 5.2" now I'm alternating between high erection jelqs one day and slammers the next.

this seems just like using a clamp, but with a hand being the instrament of use
what about clamping vs. jelqing
can you get better results doing one vs. the other
are their benefits one can't get if doing just one
that he can get from the other

same as bulq, i'd love to try this but am confused on the part where it says push forward .5".

does this mean while clamping at the base with the OK grip, push your grip forward by half an inch to increase blood pressure in the penis?

Im just doin phase 2 DLD Jelq and bend and compression squeeze then clamping after it
 
Im still doing the supra slammers for girth, this is my only girth exercise.

How is your routine and everything been going lately, bulc? Have you gained anything recently?

If your member is conditioned for it. you can do them every day. i do and i love it. my erections are unbelievable. reread the first post and you can see why you should not ejaculate.
 
ive noticed that if you do a lot of tunica work for length these help out alot at least for me they turn on the fire in my tunica
