In all honesty I don't like teh erect bends, I focused on DLD bends when working on girth. There is alwayas fine tuning with ever one, dont be discouraged or anything, or think that you are ruining my exercise.

Supra, i did 10 sets last night and i still have the pump. My question is would u say that this exercise is too powerful for everyday or should it be done with breaks or days off in between each workout?

Last night I did the exercise with the “Compression Isolation Squeeze”, this really gives a magnificent pump. After 24 hours I still feel engorged, think I have to wait a day to do the next session (no pain only pumped-up).

It is up to you, everones penis is different. That is up to you to feel it out. I cannot make that descicion for you.

I cannot believe how well this is working for me. My girth is sitting at 6.25" erect. I have not done any exercises today yet either! I'm going to later today before I get ready for work.
 
Well there is a tom of guys that do the Supra Slammer without the ring of power, and they have a bad ass pumps to. Like Yves and Sliced Beef, and many others.
 
I've done them w/o the rop and think their great.....I'm sure with it the pump would remain longer..
BTW Supra what is the turn around on the ROP. How many days from getting the order to shipping it out...

Maybe you shoud O.K grip tighter, then when you get it tight enough you should feel some pressure, then pull up holding your tight grip, you should really feel the pressure then! Increase the intensity of the grip with each set, this should help you out!
 
One you get to your edge, Clamp your PC really hard, got in to the Uli and clamp that really hard, then move the Uli up about .5-1" that will give you the pressure you need with out a doubt.
 
Also dont try to immediatly go to the edge, ballon for a couple minutes get as much blood in there before the edge as you can.

By going to the edge, do you mean till your glans get suddenly supersensitive, or till you just pass the point of no return and HAVE to clench the PC muscle to avoid coming?

If just to the point with glan supersensivity, you might try relax all muscles to stop cumming instead of clenching PC muscle. Seems to me to be more efficient, and you can go for unlimited 'supersensivity moments', or just float there all the time, atleast with some training. Although with this method you have to wait like 3+ seconds before clamping the PC muscle. So not sure how that will work out. Will try it tomorrow.
 
Dagger go to the point of no return then clamp down with your PC muscle. Once you can isolate it that way then you can learn

Do the first one man, if that does not seem to work try doing a reverse kegal to hold back, both the kegal and the reverse kegal will give max engorgment.

You need to just pass the point of no return then PC clamp and do the Uli clamp
 
I masturbate till 100% and then do 20 dry jelqs with one hand and the same with the other. Then, 100%, I clamp of the base with an overhand OK grip, moves the grip forward 1" and then starts to press the other 4 fingers, one by one, around the shaft. I do 10 of these with one hand followed by the other. Should the erection subside, I masturbate to 100% again (always 100% during these exercises). Try to cause pressure on the underside of your penis (corpus-spungiosum) and not just the side's (corpus-cavernasum). I notice that on myself, if I don't cause any pressure on the underside of my penis, then I don't get a very good pressure build-up... So basically, any squezze's/jelq's I do, I make sure there is equal pressure all around the penis (side's and bottom) and the pressure build's up so great that I have to be carefull so I don't injure myself.

Try it out and let me know how it work's.
