This really is a no-brainer. Exactly for the reasons GS stated this would be a great thing to establish. It would make it easier for older guys (define it as you wish) to find subjects, persons, interests, or anything else that they may have in common with another person who is older. Of course, I wouldn't think anybody would be excluded so what's the problem -- let's just do it!

Supra this is truley an amazing excercise. After only 10 reps, my dick (head size esp.) was bigger than I have ever seen it. I looked down, and had to stare for a few minutes to convince myself that it was actually MY dick. lol.

Also, I don't know if this is because of the excercise or the [words=https://www.internetzahlung.de/cc-aktuell/bestellung.php3?PID=PM0440A&Sprache=en]penimaster[/words], but there is definitly more "veinage" on my shaft.

Hell ya, this is the most unbelivable exercise that when I did it this morning, I went against what I said and accidetly came and I am still pumped 9 hours later. It blows my fucking mind.
 
Interesting i'm gonna add this to my routine,I know what u mean by starting off light and then going for ur max.I use to work out alot also-we call em burn-outs.
 
About the NO thing...I believe taking L-Arginine every day is supposed to release a lot more NO in your blood than normal. I bet if you took arginine along with doing the slammers you could get some really killer gains. I'm going to go get some once I get over this stupid flu. And I'll give the excercise another go. I couldn't really do them today, I guess because of being sick. It took 30 minutes after the first set to even get it back up again. So after I'm done with this crap I'll give it a try and post about it. Seems good, and I was pumped for a few hours even after only doing 2 sets. Keep this up Supra, some really great stuff you've come up with.

I had one of those weird nights of sleep that some of my fellow perverts here may be able to relate to. I kept waking up and wrapping my hand around my dick to check my girth. LOL. Weird. Anyway, I woke up this morning and was still pumped! I waited a while for my 'morning wood' to go away and made sure I was totally flaccid. Measured my flaccid girth and it is 6"! I just did another set of these. Topped it off with the "Horse 440" squeezes. Post workout pump measures 6.5 right behind the circumcision scar, 6 7/8" (GASP!) the rest of the shaft. That's 1/8" away from the BIG 7!! This has to be the best girth work I've seen in my time in Penis Enlargement.

If I understand your discription, I've been doing something similar for a few weeks and have had good results. I do all the things you describe, but have one variation that I call a "double grip bend."

With a 70 to 100 percent erection, I grab at the base with a okay grip, then kegel, then grip very tightly, getting everything north of the grip as fat as I can. Then, instead of jelqing upward, I push the grip down hard, into my ligs.

Next I take the other hand and grip tightly around the shaft just below the glans, thus ballooning the head as you describe.

Then I bend, pushing down into the ligs with the hand around the base while pulling in towards my body with the hand below my glans. I compress or pull the shaft to add to the intensity. I also bend it forwards and sideways. It's important to keep the grips very tight throughout.

It hits everything simultaeously: the head gets very ballooned, the shaft gets fat, and the ligs get stretched a little.

This is potentially dangerous and should be done with extreme care.

Sounds pretty intense! I always try to target my ligs and glans during my girth workouts, man my glans gets so swollen I can barley get my forskin to roll over the bottom part of it! Sounds good I'll try some bends with my next girth routine!!!

I added in the DLD bends and the width afterwards was unbelievable!!! I had to measure it and I was 2 1/4" wide
Next time I'll get a picture of it and the head was wayyy bigger

Bends are not for me, and that is one of the reasons why I made this exercise to be bendless becasuse a lot of guys are afraid of them and do not like them. I am not supporting bends at all with this exercise, your on your one with that part, good luck. I am sticking with the origional way.

I know but Im a scared rabbit I know they make good gains but I dont want to do them at all. So I knew I needed something to compensate a lot for them and a lot more for my length and head size and girth so I came up with this.

I am not knocking them, I just am not going to do them, or tell people stuff that I am not doing, ya know?

Is it ok to jelq to the head while your dick is so massive and near popping? How much pressure do you apply for the jelq anyway?

Or do them as intensely as DLD does them on the video. Probably with a good semi erection. But man did the width seem to go out of control at the same time. And it has been 24 hours and still wider and absolutely pumped than usual.
It feels okay and safe for me. t/c

I do not do them 100% erect either. I do them right about 80%.
 
that sounds about right...I saw someone do bends at full erect and all I'm saying is damn that cannot be good for you.

WEll DLD is convicing more for the bends, I am going to try it. I was worried cause I thought you needed to be 100% erect, but he says 80% so I am going to try it after the horse 440 at the end.
 
I'm not afraid of the DLD-Bend, im afraid of the Erect-Bend from Gandolfs turtorials. Think i'll never try this one.

In all honesty I don't like teh erect bends, I focused on DLD bends when working on girth. I have been busy moving back into college and havent had a chance to really try these out, I will get to do it tomorrow. I think I understand the exercise properly. And I will get a video out as soon as I can. I will have to check with Supra first to make sure I am doing them correctly. I'll check back tomorrow. I CANT WAIT!!!!!!!
 
Hey guys, i hate to ruin the thread but i just tried Supra's routine and i got little to no expansion, but i am almost positive that i'm doin them right. The only thing is, and i dont know if everyone else is the same, when i get a 100% erection i am rock hard. I mean i can squeeze as hard as hell and still feel like i am tryin to break a piece of steel. May sound good but it's hell in tryin to get some expansion during girth workouts. Please help me out cause these sound like they could really make a difference for me!
