i could never get this to work bc/c i couldnt get the wine vac over the valve. i will try again and make a video of it

Good idea, I think seeing what other guys are doing will help the Brothers who can't figure it out. A video showing the process would be even better.
 
If it was easier to post pics I would. If there is enuff intrest in the process of how to make one, I'll dig through the archive and link from where I found out how.

That's it. That ring could be from a sex toy or maybe it was a part of a sleeve.
Anyhow, just get it over the valve and put Vacu-vin on top of it and do the work!

Thanks. The pics definitely do help visualize what it is you're all talking about. Mine happens to have a square shape to it though. I'll just have to keep experimenting.

Took me a while to get this thing I photographed to work, but it does work, very well actually! I also spent time trying to fit the damn original rubber cork over the valve with no luck. With [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Penomet[/words] you can jam it on quite easy, but with [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] the solution I've been using has been excellent.

If you have the square shape, just get a bit more of material, so that you can squeeze and make a seal. The round one is the easiest though, let this be a tip for future purchases.

Anybody realize you can use the vaccum mod to pump without water? Turns the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] into a pump you can use anywhere since it requires no water. Seems to pump in double the time but also has added fluid retention.

yeah the pics made it very easy to do. i used a silicone sleeve i cut to size. i'll make a video for it when i am back from vaca in the new year
 
Very nicely done. Would be awesome to make a video showing a comparison (before and after of the suction taking place). Not necessarily on you, but in general to better display the advantages of doing something like this.
 
Not sure if this has been mentioned but, I've found something which has helped me tremendously. I remove the very tip of the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] (the clear part with the holes, along with the little black pressure release piece). I stick my rubber piece for the vacuvin inside the hole where the tip used to be. It actually fits in there pretty good and I don't have to hold it to keep it in. All I have to do is pump and it instantly pulls a vacuum. I'll try to snap a shot of what it looks like.

Here is the piece I have and the two rubber pieces it comes with:
