i am experienced with penis enlargement and have seen some gains in the past some permenant (1/2inch length and girth)and decided to get into penis enlargement again.

i will hang everyday with my new bib starter hanger for at least an hour trying mutiple angles not just BTC.
I will clamp as long as i can without creating to much edema and swelling in my penile tissue as to hender my hanging.
the clamping is for erection quality and to give me more girth on the midshaft as ive seen hanging gives me mostly Base girth gains.
this is the jist of the program i have created for myself and am going to see how healing in an elongated state helps my gains this time around.
