Fatigue is exactly what you want to experience in hanging and as the fatigue becomes too much at the current weight start to reduce the weight for future sets. So if you start out at 25 pounds and after a set or two it becomes too much drop the weight to 20 pounds and continue. From here you can progressively lessen the wight to ride out the fatigue. When your penis is in the state of fatigue it prevents the pelvic floor muscles from restricting the stretch so it is exactly where you want to be to make length gains. I call the Pyramid Sets and it was the way I trained when I was hanging. In my case my first set was at 50 pounds and each additional set I would drop 5 pounds until I got to 20 pounds for my last set.

i just hit 30 pounds today since i havent clamped lately, ive been tired from all the working out and job school ect. but i have been hanging and im hanging 27.5 pounds 30 minutes straight so i moved up to 30 pounds which i could only do 15mins striaght, serious pull on the dick, im getting there also
i have more DMSO coming in and i order aakg powder and paba powder to mix with it, should be interesting combo, let yall know if its more effective than just dmso itself

Watch out for the skin irritation using the dmso mix it can set you back weeks if your get the redness.
 
no so far so good just got all my mixing materials in today, but it does burn if i get it on my balls so i avoid that now and mastering technique putting it on.
 
just an update the hanging 30 pounds straight down is going well, its hard to move up in weight, and i have to take a day off at times because i always double clamp, im trying to add OTS hangs as well to hit those different angles as i feel one angle is limiting, although i know 30 pounds surely stretches more than just ligs,

i can actually see where my ligs have moved from where ive stretched so much
im going to measure on new year, for the start which would be about 100 days after the recent start of my PE training, im shooting for at least 7BPEL under all measurements aka the lowest sincei usually get a range of + or - .2inches depending on how swollen my head stays for the measurement, and a MSG of 5.5, which i hoppe i can get the skinniest part of my girth (right under the head) to be this size. base girth i dont care so much cz its already getting so big, i want my shaft to be more even throuhgout.

its kinda hard to tell though with girth, because what used to be my base girth is starting to get closer to midshaft from growth.

my girlfriend can defintly notice, and some position like doggy she back off alittle now because i think im hitting her cervix now, other position like missionary are fine no discomfort to her although its hard to put in her at the beggining and i have to work the length in slow, cant just shove it all in like i used to.
 
also something i noticed is when measuring for instance how most people measure straight forward with the dick at 90 degree angle with body, i noticed that yes if you hang straight down you make gains that go towards that measurement, but the best way to make improvement in measurements is to stretch in the directino your going to measure in for it to be most noticable, for instance while hanging straight down if i gained an inch straight forward it looks like i probally gained 1.5inches straight down, or maybe it just seems that way,

not that LOT has any relevance to how one should hang, but my LOT has gone from 10-11 down to a solid 9 due to hanging straight down, but i believe im going to add straight up so it will be measurable bigger when i putt it towards my belly button, but when i do it doesnt seem like its grown as much compared to when i flop it down towards my balls.
