Back. No more days off now. I cleared my schedule and i'm ready to start a new workout.
I'm going to ease into this over the weekend as i did some Horse440's today and got some small blood spots just from that. My dick seems to take a few days to get accustomed with girth work outs. If i try and go hard after a few days or so without any girth work, i just get tonnes of blood spots. I just need to start light then up the anti each day.
So my workout when in full swing will be this:

Obviously this is a solid routine and sometimes i will have time restraints but i think i can manage it.
It'll be a great routine to follow for a few weeks. I'll measure after 2 weeks on this routine.
