New here. Just saw your progress- so impressive. What do you feel has worked the best for you? Any specific recommendations for a beginner?
All of the brothers went through a period of initial trials, errors, and adjustments. Some can't handle PE because it's time intensive, and takes quite a bit of personal discipline. If you believe it's as easy as slapping on an extender, use it for a few hours a day, and you'll gain like a monster, ignore those overhyped theories. As brother huge-girth indicated, tool investment is needed to optimize your gains.
Length Master is mainly used for breaking the tissues down for length routine, followed by All Day Stretcher (ADS), extender, and passive wrap to keep a low to moderate traction load all day long to allow the soft tissues to be remodeled and lengthened. There is no miracle. It's all hard work.
For girth, there are many pumps. The best one, no fanfare and electronics to mess up, is the
MityVac. Our guru DLD and his team came up with a design and stuck by it. It has three safety systems, a reinforced design to prevent collapse, the whole community here to assist you, and the parts are guaranteed for life by MoS. Quite a few of us here have been around for the past two decades, and we'll gladly provide proper guidance.
