I don't have time to read through the thread but I would like to know what changes in design have been made. I have just the wooden one with leather straps.

Yes, orders ship the day of or the day after an order is placed. Its an automated process so as soon as the order is prepared for shipping, an email with the tracking info gets dispatched to you automatically. Sometimes those emails end up in spam or bulk mail folders that people overlook. I see we have a few orders that shipped out to Germany in the last couple days so most likely your order shipped. You can PM me your full name and email address and I can get you the tracking info if you haven't received it yet.
