What are the resistance bands?

thanks for the links cool videos man, thats a really smart idea using the bands! could you take a pic of the anchors your using so i know what exactly to go look for in my local hardware store... and also how long are the resistant bands your using and what are their maximum tension levels?

the maximum tension level of that band says 25 lbs. but that isnt true. the farther you move away the more pull and i have gotten more than 25 lbs for sure. i'll take a pic when later when i get back. im at my office now. ya the resistant bands are awesome!!

yeah if you could take a pic later when you can that would be good so i know what to go and buy, thanks for that! i am just about to order some bands now i have found some good ones. it would be good if there was a way that we could actually measure how much tension we are applying to our penis when we are stretching with the bands. anyone know how something like this could be done?

Lightning told me about it. ive been meaning to pick one up.

Yeah if you can find the site you got it from and send me a link that would be cool if you can find it if not im sure i will work something out. I ordered the resistance tubes so they should come here within a week i'd say.

Now I'm excited about this fishing tool that would be great to have as then you would know exactly how much force you are using which I think is important to know just like when you are hanging with weights as then you can know exactly how much tension you are applying over time! Can you find out from Lighting what this fishing tool is called? Or Lighting you can just let us know here what this fishing tool is called..? Putting the science into PE

Yeah it sure is an awesome way to train I'm definitely going to do it myself! It's awesome as its very portable so you could go travelling and take some bands with you in your suitcase and do your PE wherever you are so its convenient too!
