Hi all,

I've restarted my Penis Enlargement journey in March after a long break of a couple of years. I started back in 2006 and did it for about 6 months then stopped. Met my ex and had a long, nice relationship for about 4 years. I did try to restart in 2010 but just did a few months and then quit. In March 2012 I restarted doing Penis Enlargement and stuck to it. I also got myself the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] device and recently also ordered the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words].

When I started in 2006 I was:
15,5cm (6.1inch) BPenis EnlargementL and about 15cm (5.8inch) in girth.
Now I am:
18cm (7,08inch) BPenis EnlargementL and 16cm (6.29inch)

With my latest routine I noticed a temp length gain of 18,5cm (7.28inch) so I think I'm close to cement that. My current workout is this:

Warmup in shower +_5min.
- Bundled Mandingo Stretch (10x 1min stretches)
- V-Stretch, 10x40sec.
Warmdown in shower +_5min.

These stretches seem to give me those temp gains as opposed to the regular Long Shlong stretches so I'm doing the stretched mentioned above only. Once that's done I put on the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] device and wear that for a couple of hours +_2/3 or 4 hours.

Once I get the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] I'll also add that to the routine after the stretches. Thinking about doing DLD's excellent routine of 5min [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words], 5min Jelqing and this 3 times, 30min workout. And after that put on the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] device.

I've added an old pic of my unit although the length and girth are still the same.
 
Welcome back to Penis Enlargement my friend! I am happy you have started again. SInce your last Penis Enlargement a lot of new stuff has happened and it sounds like you have taken advantage of this. WOW, that thing is looking mean! Very nice pictures, your girth looks huge. I also noted how deep your penis is from the side, very good for you.

Looking forward to adding it to my routine tomorrow. Mainly looking to gain in length though so I'm going to do those Hardcore Stretches. ;-)

This is the reaction everyone has this is why everybody should own a [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words]. Penis Enlargement has never been so easy!
 
Yeah man! Just did a good workout with just the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] and jelqing. Heavy stuff! But I got huge temp gains already. Jeez, my girth was huge and length-wise I got 0.5cm longer so there's hope yet! :-) Will add this to my current routine. Hopfully the length will get more gains than the girth. Don't want it to be too big! ;-)
 
I just found a technique called firecoat roll which is a kind of massage with your hands/palms which should get rid of the discolouration. I have tried it just now with vaseline for about 5/7min. No change yet although I've had this discolouration for a few months now so it might take some more 'firecoating' to get rid of it. I remember I had discolouration when I first started in 2006 and when I stopped it disappeared on its own. But Im not going to stop so I hope the firecoating will help. I just did one session. I'll try two more today, this afternoon and this evening.

Anyone else have good experiences with firecoating?
 
Master DLD, how are you doing? What is the significance btw of how deep the penis is from the side? When I measure BPenis EnlargementL from the side I get to 19cm (7,5inch). Which is a lot more!

When I think about it, when having sex, when the woman is on top does she take all that side penis as well, instead of just the top? ;-)

I think you mean FIREGOAT ROLLS.

Haven't tried it yet, how does it work for you?
 
Right! That's it. No unfortunately not yet. As you can see from my pics here in my 4th post, the mid shaft is pretty dark. I've had this for a couple of months and I'm sure I need to keep doing this Firegoat roll for a while before I see any improvements. But I'm unable to order this because they don't ship to the Netherlands. I'm also thinking about getting this Monkey Spanker, DLD had been talking about. It seems to help against discolouration as well but first I want to try some more Firegoating, see what this does. Meanwhile, I think I'll keep at it with Penis Enlargement/SG and [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words].

Just did 3x1min Mandingo stretches, after that 3x40sec sets of Long Shlong, up, down, straight, left, right. Wearing the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] for 1.5 hours. After that I'll do a mix of Mandingo stretches again plus A and V stretches. Then 1.5 hours of [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] again, after that jelqing 100x, then [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words], Hardcore stretches, then 5min jelqing again, 5min [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words], 5min jelqing... warmdown. Done for the day. ;-)

I have been using Bio Oil, don't now if it works for this, but i really don't mind getting a black dick lol.
 
Thanks for the links! Yeah, that's it. Not sure if it'll work but I might give it a try. I don't really like the black patch I've got, it's very ugly imo. Check out my pics on my 4th post and you can see it.
 
I hope doing these Hardcore Stretches with the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] will help me get over the plateau because I'm still stuck at 18cm, argh! I'm going to throw my routine around a bit because I have worn the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] device for a couple of months now and I haven't experiences and gains from it... some EQ / morning glory though but nothing more. I feel it's getting in the way of a good manual routine since I'm doing length, then [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words], then later some girth but I notice the temp length doesn't stick with the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words], it goes back to it's original 18cm, even when I set it to 1200 grams and wear it for a couple of hours. I feel the stretch but it doesn't really do anything in terms of gains. Weird! Perhaps.

So, I'm planning on doing just manual routines from now on since that works much better for me, also time-wise.

+_5min warmup in shower

* about 5min of the Mandingo Stretch
* 3x40sec Long Shlongs - Straight, Up, Down, Left, Right.
* 25 Rotary Cranks
* Few minutes of the Mandingo Stretch
* 10x40sec A-stretch + 10x40sec V-stretch, I combined them which works nicely first 2 A-stretches, then 2 V-stretches and so on.

* 5min jelqing
* 5min Bathmateing
* 5min jelqing

Warmdown in the shower plus some massaging and firegoat rolling. How's that sound? :-)
 
Just had a great workout although I'm thinking about using the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] every other day, perhaps 3 times a week. I just measured a whopping 17cm (6,69inches) in girth! It was massive but it just doesnt fit with my current length size in my mind. I want to get to 20cm / 8inches first in length so I'm going to concentrate mainly on the length routines. Perhaps I can do the top routine for length+Bathmate in the morning and later in the evening before bed do the same routine but just length. See if that speeds up the length gains.

That is great! I know it is not where you want to be but Penis Enlargement is a process, be happy with the gains you get.
 
Jep, I know. I'm going to continue forwards. It's actually my day off but I wanted to do some stretches so I warmed up in the shower, did a couple of minutes of Mandingo stretches and started experimenting. I've got weights and thought I'd try some of that so I took some wire, attached it to a 2kg weight. Put on the headpiece of my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] device and wrapped some protective stuff on the wire of the weight and attached it to the headpiece. Man, good stretch! I sat on my chair with my legs on my bed and got a great BTC stretch from that. I immediantely saw the difference and felt it too. Very nice excersise. I hold that for a few minutes and afterwards did some more Mandingo stretches and started measuring my BPSFL which was a little over 20cm! Very nice, normally it stops at around 19,5cm.

Perhaps I should do that throughout the day, every day. Just a few stretches like that each 2/3/4 hours for a few minutes, even on my day's off. Or have just one real day off, dunno yet. Will see how this goes.

It is always smart to get in as much flaccid stretching as you can during the day. I do stretching when ever I have a chance, it has become second nature. Days off can include a little bit of obsessive stretching:)
 
Haha indeed but I'm sure it's worth it. My unit feels sore now though so I'll leave it alone for now. Another workout tomorrow! :-) I ordered some L-Arginine. I'll add that to my morning intakes after breakfast, before the workout. Will work with this and the routine through August and see how that goes. I might also check out this leech oil which seems promosing as well, although I'll first stick with my current routine for a month at least. :-)

Excellent that you are hitting it every opportunity you get, that is the way I am...if I am in the bathroom and my penis is out, I am stretching:)

Thanks DLD! I haven't measured yet but I noticed a significant increase in my morning wood length. It looked bigger which is always good. Just started the day with mastrubation+ejaculation. I usually don't mastrubate often, very rarely but I read somewhere on the thread that it's a good idea to do so. Just finishing up breakfast now and then I'll start my routine again. :-)

Had a nice workout today. Good workaround. ;-) I usually sit on my chair with my feet on my bed so I get a kind of downwards / behind-the-cheeks stretch. Works very well! Afterwards I put on the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] for about 1.5/2 hours.
Did another couple of minutes of Mandingo's and a few hours of [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words]. Had another good one today. :-) And I couldn't help it but I had to measure it and it's currently at 18,5cm (7,29inch)! So thats going into the right direction. :-) I however did notice the discolouration more today. How's your new gadget going against the discolouration? Thanks. :-)
 
I'm nearing my second week with this routine and it's going well except for a little injury below the back / under the foreskin of the head. Just measured again and I gained a few millimeters, however I'll measure after the first month to see if there are really any considerable gains. Hopefully! :-)

My current routine is:
Shower warmup
2x1.5min + 2x1min Mandingo stretch (5min total)
5x1min V-stretch
5x1min bundled DLD A-stretch

After this routine the flaccid stretch is already much longer.

Then I put on the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] device and leave that on for about an hour/1.5 hours. Then I repeat the whole routine about 2 times.
 
Sorry about the injury but I am happy you made some gains. Take care of yourself and let the injury heal.
 
I'm gonna take some time off for the injury to heal up and perhaps also to gain some when my unit heals. I've attached a pic, I really hate this discolouration I'm having. I've had it for a little while now and it doesn't seem to go away. :-( I got this Amlactin Moisturizing Body Lotion stuff and hope this works. I'm not happy with the look of my unit at the moment at all even though I've gained and it's bigger.View attachment 25758

That thing is a beast! Looks like a fire hydrant!:) Discoloration sometimes is just a part of the game. I know for a lot of men, when they finished their goals and stopped training they lost the discoloration. In my mind I would rather have a discolored monster than a perfect colored small one:) Do you jelq wet or dry? Sometimes wet jelqing can cause discoloration.
 
I usually warmup in the shower, dry off and apply vaseline and do my jelqing. I'm sure this is the cause of it although I can't remember if I had the same issue when I first started in 2006. Eventually I didn't have any discolouration. At the moment Im only doing stretches and using the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] though. Hopefully a cure can come eventually or when I'm done and stop it disappears.

That sounds like the best protocol particularly because you have already experienced it.

Another nice exercise is just sitting or standing with the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] pointing downwards, grabbing the headpiece and moving it upwards towards your stomache, it's not as intense as the SG_BTC but it does a little extra stretching, at least for me. :-)

BTC are one of my favorite stretches and I think they deliver length faster than most length exercises due to the extreme angles used to stretch the ligaments.
 
It's indeed a good stretch. However, I am considering a break at the moment because my unit is really sore/sensative atm on the skin. Perhaps it's also due to the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] because since the injury on the head, which is almost done. I've only been using the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] to make sure I keep my gains and if lucky cement them. But I really want this discolouration to go away first and find a way to prevent it in the first place. It's really nasty. I'm one of those who'd rather don't have a discoloured monster haha. It looks really bad. Maybe I should consult a doctor?

How's your device coming along against discolouration btw? :-)
 
The device is ready it needs to be approved before we can manufacture. I really wish I could rush these projects but I can't.

I am too because it is such a cool, scientific approach to discoloration and the prevention of such.
