I have developed a new excercise which aims to produce gains found in priapism, and it includes a lot of kegels to it. Check it out, and let me know what you think, it will help in EQ , Girth, and length.

step 1 Get an erection without touching your penis, step 2 then use kegels to strengthen the penis in increments of 3-5 second holds and relaxing for 3-5 seconds, so as not to over exghaust the pc muscle. step 3, When the penis begins to lose hardness, jerk off the glans till the penis is super hard again, e.g 10 secs, then repeat steps 2-3. I would do this for 1 hour.
 
Once a stage 2 erection is achieved which is exhibited as a rock hard erection, one can stop kegeling, and just periodically stimulate the erection, at the base, pubic bone, sides, and glans, along with stimulating at the testes.
 
Excellent! That sounds like a great technique. Thanks for sharing it and yeah, I'll maybe mess around with that as the weather becomes a bit warmer. Its a challenge doing Penis Enlargement for me this time of year in North Idaho. 'Parts' are a bit hard to keep warm :-))

No, it really isn't. I worked up to it kind of gradually and I don't put out maximum muscle contraction. I just keep the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] swinging up and down on a good pace throughout the session. Just the weight of the water and the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]X-40[/words] is a fair workout, but my pelvic floor muscles are never burning with fatigue. I usually work up a slight sweat. Thanks I'll take a look at the website.

Well......my impression is quite a bit longer. I've been at it for almost a year now and I've not hardly scratched the surface of what could be done with this tool. Its incredible how effective it is when combined with manual work. I think you'll be very pleased if you stick with it week in and week out. Jelqs help as well when you're trying to gain length on the skin and they are a great supplement to the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words].

MHydromax, I have been doing 10 minutes of 2-3 second jelqs after the 6x6 minute [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] sessions like you did.
 
Hi CobraStang,

Since I enter flaccid and use a wrap, I go light intensity at first. I start with 5 minutes just to get up to decent size. Then, pull out, put the wrap on and re-enter. At that point I keep increasing the vacuum over about 3 minutes (re-pump about once per minute) until I get to maximum. At that point I just keep re-pumping about every two to three minutes throughout the session.

Yes, I did experiment with the longer sets in the first couple of months of starting the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words]. I just did not get very good expansion at that time. I think I tried them for 3 or 4 days and then went back to the short sets. I was just looking at my log book and it was about the end of June last year that I switched to 20 to 30 minutes sets because this time when I tried them, the results were VERY good! I've been using them steady since that time. The difference might have been the kegels. That is a variable that makes a massive difference. The second time I tried the longer sets, I was well into kegels and discovering the huge difference they made.

Hi Dan, im strugglng with gains atm. I've made a 1/8'' gain MSEG in 6 weeks. Should i introduce kegals into my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] workouts and how long do you hold each kegal???

My advice would to start the kegels, but make sure you do it slowly. You might start by doing 20 to 50 of them in your first session. They are very intense. If you start slowly you'll give your body a chance to begin getting used to them. There are some people who seem to have a tough time tolerating them as well, so starting slowly is a good precaution. I rarely do holds with kegels. I instead just do repetitions like I'm lifting weights. I just keep bouncing the tube up, letting it down. I usually sit upright because that works better for me. I will do 20 to 40 kegels per minute. Just experiment and see what you like.

One thing which i believe you may be over looking is the fact that you are sitting when doing the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] routines, sitting forces more blood into the penis and creates a great pressure for girth work, i bet if you stood up, you would get better length gains, and less girth gains.
 
Hi Dick_Slinger, that is a very astute observation and in fact, I had overlooked it! Its very good to keep in mind. For me because of where I have to use the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] its not practical to stand. If it were practical (in other people's circumstances) you are right, guys could likely benefit in length gains this way. The other limiting factor for me at this point is that I'm just maxed out so bad on girth that I don't think it will pull anymore penis into the tube. I've got the first 6.5" completely maxed top, sides and bottom.

hi all been battlin with the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] for 2weeks now was stuck at 170 for what felt like forever past two days fought hard 3mil away from 180 be nice to hit it now i see what settin goals does for ya. also just got x4extender starting to feel the pleasure of the good tug will try some of the wraps thanks for the info

No question from my experience it does both AND much more. Kegeling in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] has helped me in many different ways: Better erections, better girth sessions, increased head size, increased testosterone, increased hair growth, better overall health. I wish I had been doing it for the last 30 years!

Yes, it works extremely well just to sit and do moderate effort kegels. Just keep bouncing the tube. I throw a few harder ones in, but most of mine are just moderate. You find over the months you get a LOT stronger just like with regular weight training. You're welcome Mike. That is the part I like most about this forum is people helping people!

Just keep in mind that you are TRAINING and think of it like going to the gym. The gains are happening each time, but you won't notice it because you're used to seeing yourself. Wait for someone ELSE to see it and you will be surprised at how THEY react.

When I first got my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words], I read your post and from the information/inspiration of you saying it's an amazing tool and you gained 1.75" in ten months alone, I gained .5" girth in a month. Now that I read your routine thread, it's clear you have put much thought into not only your workout but the concept of Penis Enlargement. So I am grateful for any information you can give me!

Sounds like something I will try. I have built up some "tolerance" to the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] now so I will be doing more intense things like you said.
 
I tried the set method and it seems to be working wonders, I've broken my past limit of 160 and moved into 165-170 territory on my fourth set.

I did four, six minute sets.

I plan on doing 4 x 6 for the rest of the week and then I'll try 5 x 6 next week and so on.

I just have three questions, if you have time to answer. Sure.

1. How often did you jelq? I jelq after each [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] session and after each length session. About 15 minutes of jelqing. You said you would do 11 or 12 sets of 6 minutes. Most of the time I did about 6X6 minutes. I found that the fluid build-up was just too much if I went much longer than 36 minutes. Do you jelq in between sets or were most of your gains just from pumping doing many short sets? No, I don't jelq in between sets, just after I'm done. My biggest gains came with those short sets. I would do two to four 36 minutes sessions per day. So, there were a few days when I was jelqing probably one hour per day.

2. Did you start out doing 11 or 12 six minute sets or did you gradually build up? Ex. started with 5 five minute sets and worked your way up each night? I started off pretty fast. I did not really build up slowly and I do not recommend this to anyone. It was what I figured my body could handle and it seems to have worked.

3. You said you gained .75" length in two months. That's amazing. I'd kill for .75" length in 6 months. Were the length gains entirely from pumping, or did you do length exercises as well? Some good news. I stopped using [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] months ago because I am focusing on length and I was told pumping can lead to fibrosis of the dorsal ligament, which hurts length gains. So just to be safe, I'm cutting out pumping for now. Also, with pumping, it hurt to wear an [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] because of the recovery. But the other day I measured and I was at 5.85, which was pretty much where I sat while I was pumping (got to 6 but it would shrink if I missed one day). So that's good!

But I wanted to ask you a question. You've gained so much girth from [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words]. Is your penis soft when it is erect or is it still very tight and firm? I read pumping can lead to soft erections but I'm wondering if over time it just legitimately grows instead of getting puffy?

I stopped using [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] months ago because I am focusing on length and I was told pumping can lead to fibrosis of the dorsal ligament, which hurts length gains. So just to be safe, I'm cutting out pumping for now. Also, with pumping, it hurt to wear an [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] because of the recovery. But the other day I measured and I was at 5.85, which was pretty much where I sat while I was pumping (got to 6 but it would shrink if I missed one day). So that's good!

But I wanted to ask you a question. You've gained so much girth from [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words]. Is your penis soft when it is erect or is it still very tight and firm? I read pumping can lead to soft erections but I'm wondering if over time it just legitimately grows instead of getting puffy?

Don't get me wrong, I love [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] and I'd recommend it to anyone who wants girth, and I have, but I just want to keep length and girth separate for now.
Once I plateau in length gains from manual stretching, I will move to hanging, then pumping for length.
So I have nothing against pumps and can't wait to use mine again, just wanted to know if Dan's gains are puffy at all or just more penis inside.
