Hey Guys,

I just wanted to send a bit of encouragement on using the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words]. Don't give up on this tool. Keep going as consistently as you can with it and the permanent gains will come. In the last ten months since I started, I've gained 1.75" in erect girth and 1.50" in flaccid girth.
The key overall I believe is consistency in all P.E. I feel its the same with the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words]. I've missed very little time in the last ten months. Keep at it and make it fun!

yeah consistent work is the key. sicne Im sticking to a routine Im seeing the gains coming too.
did you ever stop for some days to check if its cemented gains? (but over this time I guess it is..)
also I read your log and it seems you gained most in the first months? If so any idea why it isnt groing that much anymore?

oh and some sort of quick facts what you have done. your routine and what helped you most would be really cool besides the motivation you offer ;)

Hi dickerschwanz, Yes, the quick growth was way beyond anything I had dreamed of. I was and still am amazed and thrilled! Yes, I took a three week break at one point and had no loss. I've also taken several two day breaks and there has been no loss, so I think I've cemented well.

I do not know the reason why I gained so fast at first. I suspect genetics was a factor. The gains are still coming now, just more slowly and I've had to be patient. I'm VERY glad I've been patient though because yeah, it is that consistency that pays off. Now, there are some real subtle things happening that are exciting such as filling in parts of my penis that had lagged behind, like the first 2" coming down from the head. This part of the shaft is now filling in, but it took more time. The greatest thing for motivation I've experienced has been adding kegals. Those have been awesome in the power they bring in filling out my penis in the tube.

I'm now having the best results from one 30 minutes session per day (with a 20 minutes light jelqing at the end) with a day off about every four days. I gained about 1.25", but I would say the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] was only responsible for about .75" of that gain, stretching was the other part.

Thanks for detailed answer and it looks like its cemented.
You are very commited and I think that is the baseline that everyone who gains has in common.

I do kegels also everytime. Reverse kegels are great in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words]. Its really fun to do them.
I think thy are important casue they kind of give the support for the expanded & pumped structures to translate into out of vacuum gains.
 
You're welcome dickerschwanz. Yes, there's no question I'm committed. Its something I love very much! I'm glad you've had good success with reverse kegals, I've not been able to make them work for me. They aggravate my hemorrhoids.

hey, thanks for the insight on what you did in your previous routine. just a quick thing, did you do two sessions a day which got you your initial gains before changing to 30 minute sessions? and what kind of stretches were you doing to help you get more than the 0.75 gain from the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] which had given you.

i just recently purchased the barHydromaxate, still waiting for it but cant wait to start using your routine.

Hi karmi, You're welcome. Yes, I did between two to four sessions a day for several months. If I had to do it over again, I feel now that switching to one 30 minutes session sooner would have been better. Once I had the initial 1" to 1.5", I feel I could have switched into the one session. For some reason most of my gains just came really fast.

ok, so what do you suggest i do? a few sessions in a day? because i dont have a great deal amount of time because of work . all i havee is a time in the shower n rhats all. also how long until you realised you cemented your gains? also ive been hearing alot bout cuts n bloodspots n weak vaccuum. was this an issue.

could i do a 20 minute session in the morning, then the 6x6 in the evening? maybe add a lil stretch here and there. also i remeber dld ralking about using [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]uncle jims[/words] strapping method at nigjt in an extended position. should i do this or jus do the routine i said.
