Woke up woth for cardio and abs workout. Went home ate

Warm up 30 min ir lamp.
Dld blasters (to make the pc flex fatiqued i just keep going until it feels dead)

lol, this is exactly what I went through the weekend I discover DLD Blaster's and the weekend I got the most fucked up injury of my career. I was pushing, as you said I think trying to get to 9", and the ruler slipped and took off my frenulum is one quick slice. I was out of commission for a long time. I started out with some rotatires.

Then i dld some blasters.

And i just kept the tension and the grip until my hands gave in.

Really really pushing myself. While taking deep controlled breaths. And pushing myself to new limits.

Then 10 min 4 lbs.
