I messed around with jelqing for a couple weeks and then moved to SG for about 10 days (as of now) , so I've only been doing Penis Enlargement for a month. While I was doing jelqing it seemed like I gained 1/4 inch in the first week or so but I think that was probably measuring inconsistency on my part. I'm going to do both jelqing and SG but will just do SG an hour a day with a couple days off. I thought SG was going to be easy but I'm finding that I'm not as productive throughout the day as a result, because I'm constantly dealing with adjusting it.

I'm starting to realize that this works better as a lifestyle approach, not a hurry up and gain approach. There are guys who gain 2 inches in 6 months but I think they're a minority.

I've also noticed that most of the guys who make fast gains do jelqing exclusively. If anyone has seen different than this feel free to correct me.

Its more or less already a fact that "long time" equipment(wraps, extender, also pumps) is best used together with other more intense means/techniques.
jelq/clamp - /pump/cockring
jelq/stretch - /extender/wrap

If you put in some jelqs and/or stretches in between sets you multiply your gaining potential.

You can gain with an extender for sure. If you stretch beyond your flaccid stretched length for x amount of time you will get a longer dick. x is for everyone different and they key to Penis Enlargement.

It depends on the individual.

sbc. This is a great effort and putting in some helicopter stretches(stretching in all directions) in between sets will make a big difference of your time spent in the extender.

Just wanted to put in 1k hours in an extender before I added anything else in. Just an experiment. I got nothin to lose :).
Just trying to be as systematic as possible, adding one thing at a time.

I'm stretching longer, it's working. Don't really care about the rate of gain as long as I keep going up... I'm in no hurry :). In my gut I feel like the slower the gains come the more likely I am to keep them permanently.

My penis size has never really limited me in 'real life'. I've never had issues with girls, nor have I been rejected because of size. This is all for fun! I'm super insecure just like the rest of the people on here because of things like �naked people movies� or because some chick I was with had been with a bigger guy, but those aren't things that would REALLY inhibit somebody's life.

I have a feeling that when you realize that gaining size isn't a life or death situation, it'll (probably) come just because you are lax about the concept and not worried you won't gain... which is probably a big inhibitor for gains to begin with.

I would rather indefinite slow steady gains than the roller coaster crap most people put themselves through. It's not like if I gained quickly I would just stop when I reached my 'goal'. I'm in this for the long haul.

I agree with you wholeheartedly, finding relaxation and solace in the gaining process will always bring gains with more ease. Overzealous anxiety can really deter the gains man make. The mind needs to be clear and the path needs to be clear and straight! The connection of mind to gains relies on magic! That magic is found in the understanding that Penis Enlargement is a lifelong process. One that will bring more than just gains, it will bring new confidences, new dreams, new accomplishments, a series of skills that will benefit every part of life.

Yesterday I did 6 hours. Getting better with this thing! Finding a wrap that is helping me out. It's a variation on allergix method and lowering the tension.

Lower tension for longer periods > higher tension for shorter periods

Another two hours when I got home. Best day yet! Low tension for the win! Stretched length at the end of the day was MUCH better than any other day where I stretched with high tension the whole time.

bad luck the last few days. Have really been pushing my time in the device and the skin under my glans has ripped and scabbed and gotten pissed off. I used my ADS for 7 hours on sat and the sg for a few hours. On sunday I couldn't keep it on for more than 20 minutes the skin irritation was so bad. So I'm time time off for the skin to heal.

More catch up hours for me :(

I am sorry for the injury! Use bacitracin on the irritation and it will heal up in no time and you will be back in the drivers seat!

thats interesting!.

probably the ligs and tunica doesnt react so defensivly when starting slow. like a frog in heated water ^^

maybe gradualy more tension over the day makes sense?

And yes I think gradually increasing tension is the way to go. And then maybe a solid hour of high tension at the end of the day while you are loosy goosy. I think that's the way to.go.
