5+ hours today. I'm not counting these as 'real hours' but 'catch up' hours since I had the extender off for about 6 days. I'm just assuming I lost at that many hours worth of gains. So when I've logged about 25 catch up hours then I'll start adding to my total again.

For two days straight the clock in my truck falls back by an hour and I have been running late for everything:) Time can be tricky:)

I've been following your posts on this. It seems like you are dedicated to it, which is cool.

I just picked up an SG and started using it tonight. I'm having a problem with keeping the head in place without it slipping out of the noose. It seems like the more I stretch it the more the head just pulls out rather than staying in place, so I don't end up getting the stretch.

I looked at your pic and looks like you are not having this problem and it also looks like you have a differently model or setup than I have. I have the newest 16 way unit. I tried almost every combination of noose setup and it just keep falling out or slipping through.

How are you setting up the noose? Looks like you are using velcro or something but not sure how you are connecting it at the end.

I have the same unit as yours. I just made my own velcro strips. In that picture I have ace bandage wrapped around cotton wrapped underneath the glans.

Even if you don't think you may be getting a stretch, you probably are. I'd worry about getting the device on and wearing it for 3-6 hours a day for a few days WITHOUT (your perception of) a stretch. Just make microadjustments accordingly.

I feed velcro through the two slots of the headpiece and attach them to velcro pieces that I had glued to the sides.

That's awesome, you just gave me two solutions. Wrapping the Velcro on the sides gives it more stability and the cotton stops the head of the dick from getting mangled. I tried it with this self stick gauz stuff and it was like sand paper.

Btw, I would just measure atleast every 30 days. Otherwise if you don't make gains after 6 months you'll kick yourself for not having measured sooner. Every month is long enough and it will give you an idea whether you are making progress.
 
You have to remember that when using the extender you know if you are gaining by increasing the tension and adding rods. So I know if I'm making progress along the way :). I also said I'd spent 1k hours in the device regardless. There might be a month (or two) in a row where I don't gain anything and then a month where I gain enough to make up for both of those months. But I can see how lots of people would drop the device after 2 months of no gain.

I was actually temped to only measure after the 1000 hour mark. These devices do work, they make the most sense. I'm not worried. It's just a matter of how well they work, they are all basically the same, but I can't force it to work any faster than it would work for me. I'll figure something out. 150 hours would be about 5 weeks of wear time. So it's really not that far off.

The extender is about wear time more than time of ownership. E.g. if I measured every month and some months I get more time than others it would make more sense to me to measure at the same amount of hours worn even if there is greater (or less) time between measurements. Just my 0.02

I fought with this damn thing all day yesterday. Had big issues. Only got like 2.5 hours in. Couldn't get it comfortable or stay on etc etc.

Spent some good time in my home made ads though.

Yea 1k is probably a good goal to shoot for. That's essentially 6 months, assuming one month is 180 hours, give or take. I think they recommend 6 hours per day, if I'm not mistaken.

Personally I think flaccid measurements are meaningless, because flaccid size varies like crazy based on all kinds of things. I think NBPenis EnlargementL is the only truly valid measurement, unless the person measuring is fat. In that case BPenis EnlargementL would give him an idea of what's really going on.

Anyway, I finally got this thing going thanks in large part to this thread. I have about 3 hours logged yesterday and going for 5-6 hours today. Off to the races, this should be interesting.

My two cents is that I actually feel that bone pressed flaccid stretch is the MOST accurate thing to measure. It doesn't vary at all.
Flaccid length? yes. Stretched flaccid length? No.

I think erect length varies on EQ too much. To each their own :). Gains be gains.

6 hours a day is ideal. But good luck with that! I'm happy to average 4 or so. The damn thing just hurts. No way around it!
 
9+ hours this weekend. Sweet. I realized I could wear the thing all day if I were naked in a chair, but unfortunately that is not the case. Walking around in it really decreases wear time. What can you do?
