The reality is that it isn't TOO CRAZY!
Conservatively, it could be 25 hours per week.
It's like 3 years and a month In the
SG.
Granted, the scale of growth would not keep up that long, but the back of the hand calculations are still fun!
This is just
SG alone with no other exercises. I'm going to try and keep the slow and steady gain as long as I can.
