wow you are getting some good days. So far the best I have done in a day is 2 hours. But it also sort of feels like a skill that you get better at.

I think erect length varies on EQ too much. To each their own :). Gains be gains.

6 hours a day is ideal. But good luck with that! I'm happy to average 4 or so. The damn thing just hurts. No way around it!

I'll agree with you on that. I think it is better to not focus measuring, come to think of it, now that I'm doing it. Because then the whole thing just becomes more tedious. Another advantage is a lower likely hood of masturbating, if one is inclined to for a stretch. There are clear benefits to that.
 
It's a learning curve for sure. At this rate I'm pretty sure it'll be around 500 hours before I get this thing DOWN. Even then you can still optimize. I'm constantly trying new wraps, set length, rest periods etc etc etc

i have this problem currently...it seems as if it happens some days on higher tension and some days on lower tension...did you ever find a solution? great progress by the way!!
 
I also notice once I have it on for over an hour the head of my penis starts getting purple, which tells me it's not getting blood. So I end up taking it off. Possibly I'm wrapping it to tight?
 
You can't avoid the purple/cold head for long. Don't let it stress you out. Just touch the tip and if you have feeling you are good.

Thanks! I find it's a multiple of things. One of the MAJOR culprits are TINY folds in the skin under the glans that come from mounting the head on the rods. Another is tightening the head too much on one side and not the other with the velcro strap. I alternate which strap I pull down on tighter when I load the head in each time I take it off and remount. Thirdly, general fatigue. There are other things that may contribute, but these are the bulk of them. Good luck!

When you set it up do you go for the longest stretch you can get or are you more just stretching it to some degree but trying to not over do it?

I get the feeling that I might be a little over zealous because I'm trying to make sure I'm stretching it farther than my nbpel. But maybe it doesn't need to go beyond that.
 
I think stretching to a measurement is sili. It will only stretch as much as it can stretch... depends on what kind of mood your penis is in.
I stretch until I get 900g tension or so then I just increase it throughout the day as the tension gives. Some days I can stretch longer than others, no reason to force it, it will only rebel. As long as there is a correlative increase in length, that's all that matters.

I recently read that the penis can actually resist stretching by toughening of the tendons in reaction to the stress. The idea is that if you put too much stress on it, it will resist and go backwards rather than forwards. This is supposedly what creates the "hard gainer syndrome." Then again one can argue that you need to put constant stress on it for it to grow.

I don't know what to believe.
 
Super hard gainer here. I actually focus on reaching a particular length just beyond my erect length in the SG, and then the amount of time at that length. This is a length which I can achieve pointing straight-out which is 99% of my SG time since I don't bother to walk around with it etc. I push a little at a time to be able to increase that metric on the following month.

A good, consistent wrap. Once in place, lube the base ring with water-soluble lube. Consider a rotary type movement and/or flapping up down to loosen up the tissues and apparatus. Lengthen in stages as your penis permits. I do this by having several 10mm sections and adding them every 10-15 minutes or so as I loosen up. Consider also working up an erection in-situ and combining with the rotary and flapping. Getting all of that down to a consistent, repeatable routine has been working for me.
 
I think ability to gain is a person to person thing. I'm not sure where I fit into it because I just started.

I messed around with jelqing for a couple weeks and then moved to SG for about 10 days (as of now) , so I've only been doing Penis Enlargement for a month. While I was doing jelqing it seemed like I gained 1/4 inch in the first week or so but I think that was probably measuring inconsistency on my part. I find it hard to believe I could have gained 1/4 in a week.

Since I have been doing SG it seems I've lost 1/8" so I'm wondering about the stress thing. Might just be a 2 steps back 3 steps forward thing - not sure. I tend to think that it's better to ease in slow and take a day or two off every week to recovery just in case of over training. It seems like the jelqing thing is a bit less harsh and easier to ease into. SG seems like a shock to the dick. I'm thinking that easing into the stretch very slowly is the way to go and just increase it a bit over time.

I'm going to do both jelqing and SG but will just do SG an hour a day with a couple days off. I thought SG was going to be easy but I'm finding that I'm not as productive throughout the day as a result, because I'm constantly dealing with adjusting it.

I'm starting to realize that this works better as a lifestyle approach, not a hurry up and gain approach. There are guys who gain 2 inches in 6 months but I think they're a minority.

I've also noticed that most of the guys who make fast gains do jelqing exclusively. If anyone has seen different than this feel free to correct me.

5 hours yesterday. I dicked around with it A LOT yesterday. I didn't even include the first 3 hours I just tried to get the damn thing to work! I finally gave up and waited until I got home. Just so happened I had the house to myself! This thing is a damn torture device, and I hate it. Gotta keep fighting!

Best stretching ALWAYS happens with me in my office chair, legs spread, and little to no movement. HUGE stretch!
