I think that with the SG it's easy to think "I have to be stretching at full capacity!" especially if you're used to doing manuals that way which I am. It's a different mindset and in the beginning it was difficult to find that sweet spot. Sounds like you're listening to your body.
 
I'm tryin, it's tough. Hopefully it will work out. I'm not even really counting this first month of use. It's really that big of a learning curve for this thing. I don't care what anyone says. I'm going to measure BPFL but nothing else after the first month. After I get used to usthe ing this thing after the first month or so I'll start including other exercises.

I've read a lot of stuff about how people don't see results if they stretch at too much tension anyhow and how most studies I've seen suggest low/moderate tension. That's when I feel the springs on the device have some give anyway. Sometimes I feel like my penis just wants to retract even more if I stretch at too much tension.
 
The best way to gain using the SizeGenetics is really a mix of a few different components. First, Active training, or training with intensity to break down tissue, is the main goal using the SG, next would be Passive sessions that focus more on a light to medium stretch meant to secure the gains of the Active session. Now, within these two styles, in between sets, be sure to get the third component in, Rotary Stretches and Behind the Cheeks Stretches...no more than 2 minutes each. This will be a the perfect routine for the SG.
 
I'm at well over 4 hours today. But i'm having a problem and it has nothing to do with the wrap since I have changed it out so many times. It seems like I always get this pain on the left side of my penis just below the glans. Like I'm pissing off a vein or something. I have no clue what it is, but I always hurt in this same spot no matter how I wrap. Sometimes the pain is so bad it makes me sweat. It's a shame because if this pain was not here I could stretch for SO MUCH longer.

My least painful day yet. Lowered the tension and I seem to be responding to that the best.

I got another hour in last night.
Along with 5 sets of 100 jelqs and a few minutes of pumping in between the sets. For funzies.

I'm debating on when I will measure. I'll either do it at 100 hours or 1 month. I have not decided. I'm leaning toward 100 hours though.


Any suggestions? I don't want to be a slave to the ruler. I think seeing 1-2 mm differences are within the error of human measurement anyway.

Logged 5+ hours again today. Glad I switched to the lower tension. There are two full blocks showing. I think that makes it 900g? Don't remember the increments too well.

I agree with the slavery comment, it is a true obsession that can deter gains. I suggest once per month for erect gain measurements. However, I do suggest weekly measurements of flaccid, stretched, bone-pressed length and the measurement of girth after a workout to make sure there is a temp gain.
 
Thanks for the input DLD. As of right now I am just 'measuring' based off of the fact that I have to twist the rods more and more to get the same stretch. So at least I know that's going somewhere.

3 good hours yesterday. Lowering the tension really makes the difference. i seem to be responding to that better. Stretching on higher tension just seemed to piss my penis off.

Looks like coaxing is the way to go.

I know my BPFSL is longer than it was... I may have cheated and did a half assed comparison...

Good to hear, I guess my advice was off, sorry bout that. I am happy to know you have corrected this.
 
Your advice wasn't off! I'm not trying to challenge you. I do however think that they method you use is much better suited for somebody who isn't walking around with it on. If that's the case I think lower tension is better because when you walk around the and aren't relaxed the device changes tension with the walking (always to the higher setting) So if you walk around with it at a higher tension, the machine has no give and you'll choke yourself. Versus lower tension when you walk around it will shift to higher tension and will have give.


I think this is the advice you were talking about? Lay it on me!

I see that now:) I was under the impression it was another member who was having an issue....I was going too fast. Your technique is just fine:)
 
6+ hours today. Sweet. Really digging the lower tension. Feels good to look down and see a third block showing instead of two and having to tighten it. I only tighten after I take off and recirculate. I don't screw with the tension while it's on. Cuts down my wear time dramatically. If anything letting it sit even longer at a lower tension (e.g. from two to three blocks) helps cement that I think.

I feel like if I am constantly raising the tension throughout the day (like every hour or two) my penis likes to turtle back.

SLow and steady and easy does it. After I accumulate 1000 hours I'm going to do a concise write-up of tips to post. I am learning things every day and would like to give back.

Thanks Neo. I'm trying to document this best I can. Will take pictures after first measure. I planned on getting a new phone for better pictures, but now I think I've been in the stretcher too long to say I have not gained anything.

Another 5+ hours today. Sweet.

Looks like I will also hit greater than 100 hours per month. Also sweet. Will have to determine what my next measuring point is. I don't know why I am putting it off.

1. afraid I won't see gains.
2. Want to see bigger gains.

Here is a picture of me extending to about 7.5 My original BPenis EnlargementL was 6.6. SOMETHING must be going on.
I put the lip of the tape measure under the base. Seemed like the best way to go.

What a miracle! A picture showing the proof of your efforts...nothing better, nothing more inspirational....well maybe a woman's compliment but it is right up there.
