I think i'm getting beter and better at being able to differentiate between days my dick feels tight and rubbery and other days where its loose. On the days it feels tight, I find that if I use my vac extender for about 2 hrs, and when I take it off, my dick feels loose and more pliable. I'm wondering if this is the same thing you have been doing/experiencing.

Furthermore, I was thinking if we were to ADS for a few hours and then afterwards when we're loose enough, we can pull straight out slowly to max FSL and then take that stretch a little bit beyond the point where the base tightens up. I'm going to incorporate the ADS before I do any manual stretches and see what kind of results this brings me.

Coincidentally, a while ago (can't remember when or who) there was a user over at TP's that was describing his experiences hanging SO after having spent 6 hrs straight in his static stretcher device. Basically he felt all the stress beiing taken by the septum. Interesting idea to try.

Regarding the Progressive Stretch Theory, I've read through the whole thread (which i find clever, and very interesting) agreeing completely with what you asserted, but, getting to the last post, I wonder if you still support it, as it seems that with time, the discussion (and your participation) lamentably seemed to ''fade''. <:(

(To avoid misunderstanding, let me assure you I WANT to give your theory a serious try, because, as i said before, I definitely agree with your thinking)

I would greatly appreciate to tell us if you've discovered something more to add to this theory (in the first page of the thread you mentioned that maybe as time goes by, you possible will develop some side hypothesis), so, if you did, really like to know more about it (maybe some sort of ''conclusion'', with things you realized that aided gaining, and also what sat you back: this would be of great help for us to know) You also added Jelqs in the beginning (you stated they perhaps aided)

So: were you doing them 'til now, or in this year gone by you ''refined'' the theory and left them out entirely? Have you found some other ''routine variation''? ?:(

I am eagar to know if following your theory may help me out and gain, because i'm currently in a Decon, after stalling for a while, trying workarounds and seeing no progress. >:(

Well, it seems that I need to post more in this thread. I have not abandoned this concept, and I likely never will. It is as sound in theory as it is in application. Currently I do a "session" 1-2 a week and then I stretch on and off throughout the day depending on how loose or tight I am on a given day. I've ascertained a bit more about my personal growth rhytHydromaxs, as I have phases where my girth feels more "hefty" and then there is usually an increase in EL. When my flaccid size is turtled bit more than usual then there is usually a FSL increase soon to come.

As far as adding anything to the theory, I don't feel there is anything else to be added. I've said all that I can say about this particular topic. I have gotten to a point where I Penis Enlargement merely as a recreational activity when I really feel like it. That's really where Penis Enlargement should be, as the penis can only handle so much stress until it won't grow no matter what you do. Enjoy YOUR time, as Penis Enlargement is the most intimate time we spend with ourselves, and in many ways it serves a great purpose. It's much more than a pursuit of a bigger penis, that is a MAJOR part of the journey but it's not the whole trip. Take your time and learn what works best for YOUR penis. I've said that numerous times before, but my theory is really intended to be the framework of a concept of less work in the smaller increments of time devoted, but constant gains over the time spent. The central concept is to stress the tissues just enough to grow but not enough to harden and require MORE stress to grow. Take it easy on the old boy and he'll respond much more generously than you'd ever imagine.

I'll say it again, for me personally this has been the best method to gain consistently. I was miserable when I kept putting more and more time into it and not getting anything back. It affected everything that I was doing at the time. This method has allowed me to progress and NOT focus on Penis Enlargement so much, as I know it's a long journey to where I want to be. I'm five years in and still haven't met my initial goal, but I am much closer now than I would have ever imagined and I'm not really doing that much.

On a final note. I don't actively contribute that much here at MOS, because I work a TON, and I really don't have that much more to say about anything Penis Enlargement related. I feel that this thread is as complete as it CAN be, and there's no sense in adding to something that is as good as I could have ever hoped. As far as the forum goes I've seen the same posts over and over and over and over again, and there's only so much you can contribute as one person. If I feel that there is something worth adding to this thread I will happily do so, but at this point I really do think it is exactly what I wanted to say and needed to say when I originally posted it. I do hope that it is as useful for the men here as it has been for me, but remember it is a concept for gaining and not a straight forward do this for x number of reps for x amount of time. That's not how it was ever intended. It allows for interpretation and self exploration and that it really is the key to making progress in ANYTHING that we as men do. Do what works best for you and you will gain, but you have to be willing to take the time to find that out.

Ground breaker? I'm not so sure about that. Fossiltom really had some great material on how he went about his routine, but sadly they're no longer available on any of the boards. I set out to find a way for men to gain at a CONSTANT rate, and I think I've done that pretty well. I guess I could actually put something together for girth work, but then again that could take a long while. I'll think on it a bit and see where I end up.

Anyway, the essential part of it is to stretch a bit further, or try to, than your current FSL. Now this isn't going to be a quarter of an inch per day, and it's not necessary to pull as hard as possible. The idea is to grow a little bit each and every day, and that could be 1-2 cm per day or heck even 1 mm per day is growth. Over time the concept is to work more frequently and with a lower intensity to keep the tissues from hardening.

I'm really interested in generating some discussion on this topic. My experience so far with this has been very positive, because not only am I making progress but mentally I don't have the pressure of "getting the work in". Everything seems to be moving in a positive direction even with infrequent sessions with the extender. Anyway, I'm really looking forward to hear what others will have to say, so feel free to contribute any and all ideas/thoughts.

I try as much as I can to use the right amount of intensity whenever I'm using my length master and I also make sure I train on a daily basis.

Get yourself a length master. You can gain 3 inches of penis length with that device if you stay consistent and follow a good routine.
