I have gotten to a point where I Penis Enlargement merely as a recreational activity when I really feel like it. That's really where Penis Enlargement should be, as the penis can only handle so much stress until it won't grow no matter what you do. Enjoy YOUR time, as Penis Enlargement is the most intimate time we spend with ourselves, and in many ways it serves a great purpose. It's much more than a pursuit of a bigger penis, that is a MAJOR part of the journey but it's not the whole trip. Take your time and learn what works best for YOUR penis. I've said that numerous times before, but my theory is really intended to be the framework of a concept of less work in the smaller increments of time devoted, but constant gains over the time spent. The central concept is to stress the tissues just enough to grow but not enough to harden and require MORE stress to grow. Take it easy on the old boy and he'll respond much more generously than you'd ever imagine.
I'll say it again, for me personally this has been the best method to gain consistently. I was miserable when I kept putting more and more time into it and not getting anything back. It affected everything that I was doing at the time. This method has allowed me to progress and NOT focus on Penis Enlargement so much, as I know it's a long journey to where I want to be. I'm five years in and still haven't met my initial goal, but I am much closer now than I would have ever imagined and I'm not really doing that much.
On a final note. I don't actively contribute that much here at MOS, because I work a TON, and I really don't have that much more to say about anything Penis Enlargement related. I feel that this thread is as complete as it CAN be, and there's no sense in adding to something that is as good as I could have ever hoped. As far as the forum goes I've seen the same posts over and over and over and over again, and there's only so much you can contribute as one person. If I feel that there is something worth adding to this thread I will happily do so, but at this point I really do think it is exactly what I wanted to say and needed to say when I originally posted it. I do hope that it is as useful for the men here as it has been for me, but remember it is a concept for gaining and not a straight forward do this for x number of reps for x amount of time. That's not how it was ever intended. It allows for interpretation and self exploration and that it really is the key to making progress in ANYTHING that we as men do. Do what works best for you and you will gain, but you have to be willing to take the time to find that out.

Now, I've taken this a step further and stretch at every opportunity. I stretch at the urinal, getting dressed, or using the vac-extender for about an hour or so, which I don't do everyday. My concept is similar to the above as I think that working harder is not necessary as the tissues become less pliant and begin to harden, and that's when the "intensity" has to increase to break the bonds of the collagenous matrix of the tunica. Anyway, the essential part of it is to stretch a bit further, or try to, than your current FSL. Now this isn't going to be a quarter of an inch per day, and it's not necessary to pull as hard as possible. The idea is to grow a little bit each and every day, and that could be 1-2 cm per day or heck even 1 mm per day is growth. Over time the concept is to work more frequently and with a lower intensity to keep the tissues from hardening.
I'm really interested in generating some discussion on this topic. My experience so far with this has been very positive, because not only am I making progress but mentally I don't have the pressure of "getting the work in". Everything seems to be moving in a positive direction even with infrequent sessions with the extender. Anyway, I'm really looking forward to hear what others will have to say, so feel free to contribute any and all ideas/thoughts.

Especially with you coaching themGet yourself a length master. You can gain 3 inches of penis length with that device if you stay consistent and follow a good routine.
