I got a email with a username and password to their members area. I emailed them about it and they just gave me the same information and I still couldn enter in... I dnt kno. Also I haven't got any conformation that my package has been shipped or processed yet and I ordered yesterday. Did any of u guys have this problem?

Thank u SG I aprreciate it it works now... and I have received my extender today. I am a little confused how to work it tho. Tha dvd really didn't really explain where I should start and how I should put it together and use it... with this being my first extender I would love to b using it tha right way. Man this thing gets really uncomfortable every 20 min I thought u could wear dis thing for hrs at a time comfortably... also I dnt kno if I'm setting tha tension tha right way I am turning tha base screws to increase tension instead of tha ones above tha base due to tha fact they wnt turn when the device is fully attached... in tha video it looks like the screws above the base screws are used to increse tension
