This thread has a lot of good information and I really enjoyed reading it. It was from Jan. so Im wondering if PainForGains has made any progress? Working 7 days a weeks which one is like 2 days so 8 freakin days a week applause for u sir. I couldnt do that. With that much dedication I dont see how u wouldnt make it 3" in a year if time allowed it.
Im not very qualified with gains yet to give much advice, but I do read the forums everyday and I have a pretty good idea on how to get what I want-- as I more than usually do
Id say switch ur routine up. I think u can feel when your penis is getting a good workout. Theres so many things u can do. Ive read with stretching u should always Jelq. DLD has come up with some new Bathmate stretches that are really nice. I did them and I really feel the pull. With that u would be getting the most for ur workout. The Bathmate and stretches? know what I mean. If u added those two things u may get what u want more effectively. Theres no race so do what feels right and try to add what u can over time.
Maybe hanging isnt the best for u because it takes 4 hours at a time with two jobs and family.... well the ADS can be worn under clothes so that may be something that is helpful in ur situation. Also I have made a decent 1/2" gain in less than one month. Maybe around a mm off of a 1/2 inch. Ive only dedicated all my exercises to stretching, Jelqing, edging, 20min Bathmate, kegals, and different pills, and wearing a cock ring off and on. It only takes me at the most 2 hours a day.
