Anything to add to my length routine?

Hi guys,

DLD was kind enough to give me a length routine and at same time kegel regimen as my main goal is to increase length and EQ for ED issues.

Just wanted to post DLD's recommendations here and see if you guys would add anything to it? I already have an ADS (Without weights) that I wear for 5-6 hrs/day for 4-5 days/week. I am wondering if I should add anything else e.g. compression hanger (with weights) or anything else? My work is very busy so I want to limit manual exercises. That's why lengthmaster probably not ideal for me. The ADS I have can't be attached to shoulders so penis can't be stretched upwards. Should I go for stealthstretcher? Does it come with weights? Or go for compression hanger with weights? As I feel ADS alone without any weights hanging likely not that effective.

Bundled Stretching 10 minutes. Five to left five to right. We are doing this to pre-stretch your Tunica so you can take up more size.

100 quick Kegel squeezes
50 of the following:
Squeeze your PC muscle as hard as you can, hold for 5 seconds then slowly release for 2 seconds. When you have finished the 50 your PC muscle will be screaming. This is a good
sign. Now to finish the exercise start squeezing and hold for 1 minute, if you get tired squeeze harder until the minute is complete.

Put on a sleeve, ace wrap or whatever method you have available to keep yourself elongated while you heal after your length routine. Let me know what you plan to do.

Finish the day up with the Testicle health massage and stretch. This is so important to increasing your flaccid size and giving more length and heaviness to your flaccid penis and scrotum.

Hot baths at the end of the day, after routines, tend to feel very relaxing for me. I'm so glad testicle massages were mentioned. Absolutely, does a world of good stuff. Looks like a great start for you, brother. Jelqing and pelvic floor exercises really opened a lot of size potential and permanent result for me- the side gains include; rock hard erections, conditioning to control and detain orgasm, and increased stamina to the extent where you're just ready to go anytime- LOL. Just a question and I'm hoping it's appropriate to post as it is pertaining to size. And if anyone out there has an answer: How big can the penis increase in length and girth? Seems like a lot of information out there I've seen is about how big the average is, and how to enlarge, yet I heard somewhere that half of the penis is truly inside waiting to come out, is there any truth to that? This probably gets too analytical and science based, I'm just curious how the penis grows, and how big it can get.
 
Do the testicle massages increase flaccid length for you? Isn't it just a temporary effect and isn't actually lengthening the penis? When you say pelvic floor exercises, you mean you do both kegels and RKs? When doing these 2 exercises, do you guys just flex the whole perineal area (ie IC, BC and PC muscles) or do you do front kegels and back kegels separately? I find it's very hard to isolate and work on one of these muscles at a time. Isn't it better to keep things simple and just contract the WHOLE perineal area and then relax/stretch it when doing RKs?
Also I know we discussed it before, my penis does become a little shorter when I kegel. As my chef is already not long to begin with, I am not a big fan of doing kegels though I understand it's importance and it doesn't actually shorten the penis.
Lastly please let me know if you recommend compression hanger or some other automated tool to increase length that's better than ADS? (while safe at the same time).

  • Stealth stretcher or pf = Best vacuum based rod extenders. Choose the one the fits your budget.
Stealth stretcher is basically a phallosan but cheap.

Besides I have both, and I truly think the Stealth stretcher cups are maybe a big bigger than the phallosan's bells.

  • If you want to hang weights, buy the LENGTHHANGER. Cheap and simple solution for hanging.

You can add to that the power assit or buy the lengthmaster which includes both for "cheaper" price. But you can do the same with your hands.

  • The thing that I like the most is using the lengthmaster for bundled stretching.

Over time your testicles will hang lower. But your limiting factor is how tough are your vas deferens.

And your penis will hang lower over time, since you are literally stretching it. At a lower pace but it produces results.

Everybody is different, don't follow the rule: 1000hours = 1 inch. You will get disappointed if you cant obtain 1 inch after 1000 hours.

Correct, but for length is better to just use Reverse Kegels. Kegeling by itself it should retract your penis inwards. It wont reduce size.

I find it's very hard to isolate and work on one of these muscles at a time. Isn't it better to keep things simple and just contract the WHOLE perineal area and then relax/stretch it when doing RKs?

I have talked to @Threak-X about a method for hitting the IC & BC, and it involves TENS/EMS device + electrodes(perineum area) + metal rings + preferably being erect all times to isolate those muscles.

1 inch per every 1000 hrs makes for a lot of fun getting there, huh? Testicle massage for me feels great, sort of an after sex foreplay. The main thing about it for myself is, penis length, by pulling down on my balls also helps increase stamina. Everyone see's their own is the best I can say.

Kegels for me are part of most of my other fitness exercises. If you go on YouTube you'll find many resources for Male Kegel Exercises. The front muscles take some time building up a good 30 second hold to, but if you're diligent, and hold for as long as you can to start, you'll get there. I like a combination of both. Actually most of enlargement routines for me is part of an overall lifestyle routine- body, mind, spirit. Other relationships also improve by being authentically good with allowing more good stuff for yourself and your body to happen. Hope this helps!

Great video. This helps. I think it's probably best to just contract the whole perineum with more focus on IC muscle. I plan to do 3 sec kegel then 5 sec RK as my goal is length. Could someone answer the other questions I posted above?

first let me say that I would love to write a custom routine for you as it seems like you have a lot of information going on and you need a place to focus it and have it written out. I would like you to send me an email so we can get started on this.

if you were going for length I highly recommend two tools, the StealthStretcher and the Lengthmaster. Between these two tools I can write the most amazing routine that is guaranteed to bring you growth in the fastest way.

When you’re doing pelvic floor muscle work you only want to do reverse Kegels when you’re stretching As they disengage the whole pelvic floor muscle system allowing you to stretch without any interference. When you’re doing girth work it’s smart to do Kegels as it brings more blood into your penis.

so glad you made a post before you purchased anything. You want to go with the StealthStretcher. This will give you both vacuum hanging options and traction stretching options. It would eliminate the need for most manual work. So definitely go with the StealthStretcher.

Kegels should be done when you’re doing girth work. And they should also be done throughout the day to build strength and endurance. Reverse Kegels should only be done when stretching as when you do a reverse Kegel your disengaging all of the pelvic floor muscles allowing for a pure 100% stretch with no interference.

Get a length master let me give you some very intense routines.
