I finally decided to join you guys and post a regular log of my girth sessions and progress (I hope). I'm a notorious hardgainer who has been in search of increased girth for years. I've tried pumping (too noisy and messed with my erections from time to time), squeezes (no permanent impact), jelqing (gained about 3/4" in length but no girth), and now I'm giving clamping a go at it. I'm currently 9" bpel by 5.5" girth (about 6" at the base). I'd been on Penis Enlargement hiatus for about a year before beginning my clamping regimen on October 4, 2004.
I've attached two measurement pix of my current girth (length measurement shots can be viewed by going to the "picture proof" link in my signature), one showing base girth, the other around the shaft. I'm cool with my length at the moment, but would like to add 1/2" in girth to get to 6" all along the shaft and about 6 1/2" at the base.
My current routine is Sun/Mon/Wed/Fri, 10 min continuous clamping reps x 2, for a total of 20 minutes. I had been doing slightly more, but Redzulu (the resident clamping guru) suggested that I cut back to 20 minutes total as a newbie. I plan to increase to 30 minutes after two weeks. I warm up with a moist heat wrap and apply it continously throughout my clamping, as well as for about 30 minutes for a warm down.
I will post details about each Penis Enlargement session in this log, as well as periodic measurements and pix. I welcome any comments and/or tips.
