You caught me, man, lol. I think the PJ contributed to some of my length gains. I use it primarily as a warm up to clamping now and sometimes between clamping sets. I haven't had much success with girth despite trying a number of techniques. Hopefully clamping will be the ticket for me on the girth front.

Great girth session this morning! Good engorgement. Incredible rigidity! Kind of surprised me because I woke up feeling it, despite the fact that the wife and I had a pretty intense romp under the sheets last night. I followed Redzulu's advice and nixed the ice water dipping in place of just cool tap water. The ice water may have been working too much against the engorgement. I finished things off by slipping on a 1 3/4" aluminum cockring that I've had packed away for years. Following 9cyclops9's lead, I'll see if I can keep most of the engorgement throughout the day. It's the 1-month mark for me since resuming girth work after a year hiatus. I feel slightly thicker, though I'm not sure how much is just do to residual swelling or engorgement. I don't dare measure. But as my dick is somewhat tapered -- smaller head and thicker at base (about 6") -- I can sometimes force the proverbial toilet paper roll partially down my shaft (it usually gets stuck about the point where my dick starts to curve slightly to the left). For the last week or so, however, I've been unable to get the roll past the first inch or so of my shaft, even after a couple of rest days. Real growth or temporary engorgement gains? Time will tell, I suppose.

I bought a 1 1/2" cockring yesterday on the advice of Stillwantmore and 9cyclops9. But I'm not ready to wear anything that tight yet, particularly out of the house, lol. So today I'm gonna continue experimenting with my 1 3/4" cockring. BTW, I kegel everyday, even on rest days. Typically 100 quick reps, followed by 50 @ 5 secs, and 1 minute hold.

I don't really pay attention to flaccid stats because they vary so much depending on temperature, etc. But if it's around 70 degrees or so and I haven't just worked out and/or I'm not nervous, I hang about 6" to 6 1/2."
I've never tried to measure my flaccid girth.

Pretty good session today:

10 minute warm wrap warm up
3 minutes light jelq
10 minute clamp (w/o warm wrap), periodic squeeze, jelq, bend

10 minute clamp (w/o warm wrap), periodic squeeze, jelq, bend
5 warm down jelq/edging
put on 1 1/2" cockring

Engorgement coming more quickly now. Maybe my tunica is becoming more pliable? I won't measure for a few weeks. Had no problem staying nice and stiff this morning.

Wore cockring all day again yesterday, from about noon to midnight. Periodic hardons all day. Hung much fuller all day and had serious morning wood. Will take the pumping plunge tomorrow by replacing the second clamping rep with a 10-minute low pressure pump.

The pumping alongside clamping [constricters] is something I have found facinating, I really think it can yield some fuckin killer diller gains....tell me everything about that and remember keep me updated at zululand with any questions or tips ect.
