I finally decided to join you guys and post a regular log of my girth sessions and progress (I hope). I'm a notorious hardgainer who has been in search of increased girth for years. I've tried pumping (too noisy and messed with my erections from time to time), squeezes (no permanent impact), jelqing (gained about 3/4" in length but no girth), and now I'm giving clamping a go at it. I'm currently 9" bpel by 5.5" girth (about 6" at the base). I'd been on Penis Enlargement hiatus for about a year before beginning my clamping regimen on October 4, 2004.

I've attached two measurement pix of my current girth (length measurement shots can be viewed by going to the "picture proof" link in my signature), one showing base girth, the other around the shaft. I'm cool with my length at the moment, but would like to add 1/2" in girth to get to 6" all along the shaft and about 6 1/2" at the base.

My current routine is Sun/Mon/Wed/Fri, 10 min continuous clamping reps x 2, for a total of 20 minutes. I had been doing slightly more, but Redzulu (the resident clamping guru) suggested that I cut back to 20 minutes total as a newbie. I plan to increase to 30 minutes after two weeks. I warm up with a moist heat wrap and apply it continously throughout my clamping, as well as for about 30 minutes for a warm down.

I will post details about each Penis Enlargement session in this log, as well as periodic measurements and pix. I welcome any comments and/or tips.

Because I will be periodically posting pix showing my dick and hands in the same frame, I've attached two pix showing my hand measurements (I am 6'3", 230# with size 15 feet and large hands) for perspective, as well as one with my dick and hands together.

Todays routine:

Warm up: 15 min warm wrap
Clamping: 10 minutes (with warm wrap) x 2; light jelquing for 3 mintues between sets
Edging: 30 min (no ejaculation, just lots of precum, lol)
Warm down: 30 min warm wrap

The attached pic is my flaccid dick after 30 min warm down

Impressive length, just a question, do you measure along the length (i.e. along the side of penis, curving the ruler tape) or keeping the ruler pointing straight out from the pelvis ?

Just curious, as I have a similar kind of curve.

I use a ruler and straighten out the curve, measuring directly out from the pelvis.
 
That flaccid pic is killer. Your routine sounds good - it's a great idea to take a break every 10 minutes or so when you clamp... even for vets. And do you do any exercises while you clamp or just clamping for now?

I know some guys go for preposterous size goals, but you look like you could actually do it. Do you want a 9x6 or so, or would you be interested in shooting for like a 10x6.5? I think you can get there, especially since you are within 1x1 and you are just stepping into some of the more advanced manuevers.

BTW, I think you try pumping again as well. When done correctly, it actually helps erection quality and frequency, and a nice supplement to girth as well. When done in conjunction with girth work it does give permanent gains.

Because I'm so focussed on girth, I have toyed around with the idea of trying pumping again, particularly since guys swear by it on the girth front. That said, I had an electric CTC pump before and the damn thing just made too much noise. I had a hand pump years before that, but it didn't have a pressure gauge and I think I was using too much pressure. My dick got all bloated, etc. and I never experienced any real girth gains. I'd be interested to hear about your pumping approach -- type of pump; amount of time; how you mix it in with clamping, etc.

As for my goals, 10 x 6.5 would be cool and, I think, attainable for me. Well, on second thought, I'm pretty sure if I really worked at it I could get the extra inch of length, but I'm still not exactly a believer about adding an inch of girth since I've been trying unsuccessfully at it for so long. So in true bodybuilder fashion (focus on one lagging bodypart at a time), I've cut back on stretches and other lengthening activity that I had tried in the past. Once I get to that thus far elusive 6" girth mark, then I'll consider the length thing again.
 
Rest day today.

Erection still slightly larger than normal, 30 hours after yesterday's routine. I hit it again in the morning.

Of course, Zulu! You're the clamping guru! Tomorrow, I'm also gonna incorporate alternating cold and heat between clamps, as you suggested. I just read a thread about the potential value of cooling down in an elongated or engorged state. Do you have any thoughts on this theory?

This morning's routine:

10 min warm wrap
10 min clamp, periodic warm wrap
10 min light massage/jelq, alternating warm wrap and dipping in ice water
10 min clamp, periodic warm wrap
10 warm down, alternating warm wrap and dipping in ice water
light massage

So-so workout this morning. I played around with a cockring for about 1 1/2 hours late last night after reading 9cyclops9's post about the engorgement he got from passively wearing one most of the day. Problem is the cockring made me so conscious of my dick that I got a little carried away with edging and...well, let's just say I drained the reservoir, lol. So although I woke up last night a few times with wood, I wasn't really feeling it this morning, despite the rest day yesterday. I had to readjust the clamps several times throughout the session to keep things stiff. I guess the unit was a little worn out from it all. It was even more of a challenge b/c I had little privacy and couldn't really incorporate ���� into the session to keep myself motivated. In the end, I got okay expansion, but nothing approaching what I got during my last session (see above). So I think I'll keep my hands in my pockets today and, hopefully, I'll have a better session tomorrow morning. (Unless, of course, I have to service the wife tonight.)

NOTE: I followed Redzulu's advice and worked cold dips into my warm wrap cool down. I was skeptical at first b/c it seems counter-intuitive. I mean, we're trying to engorge and cold usually leads to shrinkage. Nonetheless, it felt really good. Things didn't shrink up as much as I thought they would. And the warm wrap got everything flowing again. Theory has it that cold dipping during maximum engorgement/length may help to eventually cement the gain at normal temperatures, while the heat makes tissue more elastic for stretching/expansion in the first place. I guess we'll see. I'll give this a shot for a few weeks and report back.

5 min warm wrap/light jelq
10 min clamp
10 min alternate ice water dip/warm wrap/light jelq/10 10-second squeezes
10 min clamp
warm down, alternate ice water dip/warm wrap
30 minutes warm wrap

Ok, I kept my hands to myself and didn't end up doing the wife last night. Resulted in a decent Penis Enlargement session this morning. Nice engorgement. I woke up to a real stiff one, but the size was closer to normal than it had been after the past few Penis Enlargement sessions. Perhaps it was b/c yesterday's session was subpar. Or maybe my dick is just getting used to all of the stress?
 
Hello again Brian, nah your penis will no way be getting used yet....how long has it been? also I wonna make a change to your routine, instead of useing ICE water, just use cold water from the tap.....we'll use the ICE when we get more ''into'' it say in 6 months, I think I may have thrown you in their, bit too cold on a young soldier lol but hey man, dont loose any belief in this....somedays you wont be as large as others, doesnt mean it went badly....just remember what I said, keep it INTENSE.....you know your limits right? well go near them when you clamp, do a clamp like its ya lastone....it'll be worth it dog.....I'm with you ALL THE WAY if you need help than dont hesitate.

Thats great, its the same thing I do, I'm trying to get rid of my curve, the way it feels when I get a hard-on in trousers is killing me.
