Just like I promised, I didn't measure it on a normal state (before a training session) but anyway even this is a temporary gains, still made me happy.
In the end of the 30th training session of Bathmate, I got .2" in length and girth. Most of this was temp gains, but once it looks better after a Bathmate session it keeps me motivated to go on. In one of these sessions my girth went from 130mm girth to 140mm, for me that was outstanding even its temporary.
My training routine is on the Routines and Progress session. I'm not using only Bathmate but it is helping me a lot.
I'll be measuring it on 02/18

Penis enlargement is really a fluctuation of temporary gains that become permanent as new temporary gains happen. The idea is to keep pushing the temporary gains and healing the best way you can to further help solidify the gains. You sound right on point here. Some of the best healing ellements are found in my SRT Routine.
 
So far so good! In 6 weeks I have put on 3/4 inch (now 6.5 inches) in erect girth and about 3/8 inch (now 8.8 inches) in length. I have been doing manual stretching at night before bed. Closing in on the 240 mm mark in the X-40. Hopefully that happens by the end of this month, and then I will set my sights on 250.

Wow, that is amazing! So amazing! In 45 days your have moved mountains!
