every day go 30sec to 1min longer every session!

Its all about more minutes!

Hey all! Figured I would share my short experience and gain some feedback to boot. I bought and received my Bathmate through MOS 2 weeks ago after reading various candid posts made on here. I dabbled in Penis Enlargement years ago, and own a SG ADS as well, but I never really got into a good routine. Now this is gonna sound corny as all hell, but thanks to DLD, members of the forum and the Bathmate, I've found the motivation and routine to actually gain. I was hopeful but still skeptical as to the Bathmate's results, so let me be not the first but another guy to tell ya: Seriously once you get the learning curve down (and I'm still learning) the thing is an amazing tool.

No I don't have some insanely amazing gains story in 2 mere weeks, but what I can say I've seen has great POTENTIAL. At first I worried I wouldn't see any temp gains, pumped look, etc., echoing others concerns, but damn did I ever! I've reached temp girths from actual tissue expansion that I never dreamt was possible. Over the course of two weeks I've noted it's been easier and easier to reach 170 MM from my initial 150 start. It definitely gives expansion, both internal and FR. So all I can say is if the internal tissue temp gains ever cement, I'd be more then pleased! However, I'm not gonna candy coat anything here, and can only stress this as my own Penis EnlargementRSONAL experience. As of yet, every time I pump to my maximum vacuum, no matter WHAT I do before, after or during, I get a boatload of Fluid Retention. Not ALL of it is FR, but it's a damn large amount to become a nuisance. I've tried both SSJ and reverse jelqs, in between and after the sessions. Neither seem to get rid of or prevent my FR. If I do short lower vacuum sets I'm fine. But if I push it to the max, even if it's only for 5 to 6 minutes I get FR. I've found that using the principles of DLDs girthblaster routine modified to my penis' personal response helps minimize the FR, but even then I get the dreaded donut effect all down my shaft. So I ask for any and all the gurus input or advice. I'm gonna keep on trucking, I just wish I could pump to max, and not come out Stay Puft hahahaha.

As a side note to all the other hesitant newbies out there: Bathmate Stretches are the shit, and yes they really are intense. Expect to be uncomfortable. Hell I've never pumped in my life, I don't use a sleeve and yes my balls get sucked in a tiny bit, but y'know what? From the complaints I'd heard, I was expecting it to be 10x worse. Anything worth it's salt comes with some pain and difficulty. So, buck up and pump up!
 
Great to hear you are getting back in the game and taking it serious. Bathmate Hardcore stretches really get the job done and I think they will be the way to much longer gains for many men in the future. Yes, the Bathmate Girth Blasters are the way to go, minimize retention and maximize tissue expansion.
 
I had started out in the Bathmate at about 170, I moved up to and was stuck at 190 for some time. Recently it seemed like I was making some very small gains, and today, I be darned if I didn't reach 197. That is so awesome, I was also a bit over 6 1/2 girth. Thanks for everyone's help and especially DLD, and Red.

I have to echo what CZi is saying. I've only been using the Bathmate for a couple weeks, but once I figured it out, I've gone from the high 140s to 165+ inside the Bathmate. I use it every day and have started implimenting other stretches and jelqing techniques from this site. Seems like the best results are coming from warm ups and stretching, then alternating pumping and jelqing for five minutes each. I'll get around to measuring outside the Bathmate eventually, but I think it's a legit product and I will continue to use it.

Excellent to hear! Once the Bathmate is mastered it is absolutely incredible!
 
Well I have used my Bathmate- X-40 for about 2 months now.. it's a fun toy to use both as an warmup and in your routine.. I get huge flaccid pump after my session, 8"*6.1"
And now I'm doin high erect girth exercises and Bathmate stretches and I'm so exited to see my gains pop up soon :)

I've been using Bathmate 5-6 weeks, together with DLD's beginner Bathmate routine and aggressive Kegels. I started out pretty small; NBPFL was probably 2-3", BPenis EnlargementL was about 5.4 inches with me pushing hard enough to nearly impale myself. I've worked my way up to being able to to this workout; I now do 300-400 jelqs. I need to take a day off every 2-4 days. At one month, my BPenis EnlargementL had increased to 5.9 inches; a half inch in a month is impressive, and I think some of this rapid initial gain was recovery of some of the erectile intensity I'd been losing. My penis gets scared around measuring devices, and I haven't been able to get good girth measurements; it's somewhere around 5", +/- 0.3 or so. I feel like my BPenis EnlargementL might be a little bigger now, and my flaccid length has doubled. The increased flaccid length has almost eliminated an annoyance I'd lived with forever, namely turtling, which in underwear/pants can be quite uncomfortable.

The first time I got into the Bathmate, I nearly ejaculated. I own the Joel Kaplan electric pump system, but never used it out of fear, and I purchased at a time when there wasn't nearly as much Penis Enlargement support. The Bathmate doesn't scare me. Anyway, the first time I got in there, I probably only got to about 115mm. By my second week, I was pushing 125-130, and I now am up to about 145mm. I started in the shower, but now use the tub. I get in and fill the tub with hot water. After about 2 minutes in the tub, I start light stretching with Kegels and work up to good stretches. The stretching takes about five minutes. I then get into the Bathmate and gradually increase suction. I reach max at about 8-10 minutes, and stay in for about 12-15 minutes. Sometimes I'll stretch after my Bathmate session and do another 10 minutes if I feel good. If there's pain, numbness or burning, I stop. After this, I do my Jelqs and this often turns into masturbation or pouncing on wife. As I acclimate, I'm trying to not ejaculate so frequently, as Penis Enlargement has made this past month and a half very sexually active.

I'm keeping at it, having seen results. Also, now that I'm more comfortable with pumping, I'll once every week or so substitute the Kaplan pump for the Bathmate.

I owe much thanks to this forum and those who started it.
 
Been using the Hydromax X40 for a month this week, and I must say that its truly extraordinary! I haven't measured yet, but I can 'feel' that I have grown. Coupled with the DLD Girth Blasters, it is the most comprehensive routine in my opinion. I'm getting slightly worried by the fact that I'm close to maxing the X40 though... the tip of my being only a half inch from the top! And due to the winter festivities around the corner I must say, the Bathmate is not just for Christmas, its for life!

Glad I found this thread I'm thinking of getting a Bathmate but was unsure if it would actually give permanent gains and it would seem most have had great successes

When used as I have directed it makes gaining girth unbelievable fast. Permanence comes with consistency and the Bathmate makes Penis Enlargement so much fun that consistency becomes easy.
 
In my 18 months of using the Bathmate X-40, I have been blessed with improvements of 7/8" to my mseg, 1" to my flaccid girth, and 1 1/4" to my glans girth. Optimally, I'll do 2-6 sets, with 20-30 reps of jelq variations before, in between and after sets. I try to get in 6 days a week. To my surprise, my normal flaccid girth (with no P.E. for 42 hours) now exceeds my eg from 18 months ago!
 
First got my Bathmate mid August this year. I did the recommended 20 minutes in the pump for the first month before I discovered MOS. then I experimented with dld's beginner girth and stretching routine. I would do exercises 5/7 days of the week. I did no actual jelqing during this time only ssj. About 3 weeks ago I added in 150 jelqs after doing 10 min Bathmate then super settled 5 min Bathmate and 10 sets of 30s ssj ( I struggle to do it for 60s so I split the exercise into multiple sets of 20s) for a total of 3 sets. There was 2 weeks of no pe due to holiday. i don't use an extender at all but only manual stretches.

In summary

1. Start with 3 sets of dld's beginner stretches followed by 5 sets of 30s doing the a-stretch
2. Fill Bathmate with hot warm and insert with no pressure for 5 min as warm up
3. Then 10 min in Bathmate at 85% pressure
4. 150 jelqs
5. 5 min Bathmate
6. 10 sets of 20s ssj (90% pressure)
7. 5 min Bathmate
8. 10 sets of 20s ssj(")
9. May or may not do last set 5 min Bathmate
10. Massage for 5 min

Any suggestions on changes I could makes to improve gains?

I have gained, I think, maybe a millimeter or two in girth and 5 mm in length. While I take any gain as a victory I was hoping for more over these 3 months. Though I do understand I haven't been as consistent as I should be and I should scale up the effort on the exercises as well. I reckon after 3 months of continuous pe I can give a better assessment. So I will report back in feb/mar next year with my results.

Temp gains are always great though!
 
It is very intriguing these extreme gaps between different Bathmate users. I'm assuming everyone is being truthful. I start to ask myself how genetic factors are associated to these enormous gaps. Due to my frustrating Penis Enlargement past I know I'm a slow gainer and when I read this it makes me afraid that in 3 months I end my routine cycle like LasherG or 007. I wont loose my faith again. It must be very frustrating reading about everyone making huge progresses and watch your unit stuck to its actual size. In the other hand it makes me really motivated reading these freak gains and knowing that I'm making use of Bathmate.
I'll follow this one and post my first month results at Jan 18th along with my routine.

Gains are something that not only take time to make but also they take time to cement. Some men, even after a long period of 3 months, may make gains and stop training in hopes that is permanent only to find that they did not cement the gains and elastic memory kicks in and the gains are lost. I say, expect a solid year in Penis Enlargement to make and cement average gains of about 2" in length and an inch in girth.

Things have also come a long way since this thread was started and SRT dominates the routine world utilizing the Bathmate or Penomet in much smarter ways allowing most users to enjoy quick gains with even faster recovery and healing time. In addition the SRT Routine gives advise to all areas of anyone's current routine.
