no one can give a 100% answer b/c everyone is different. DLD gained 2" 6 months with just the newbie routine. it is very possible you will gain faster doing manuals and BM then just manuals

The best bet for making the fastest gains with the BathMate is using SRT's 5x5x3 sets that incorporate both manuals with the BathMate. The routine is very simple and takes about 30 minutes. 5 minutes in the BathMate, 5 minutes of jelqing and repeat 3 times. This brings the best expansion and avoids all the issues that can happen from over pumping.

If you have EQ problems then the BM would perform better IMO for the short term.
It's also good for temp gains just to get that motivation going. Seeing that your penis can get bigger is a good motivational boost.

Other then that. It's really just the response of your body.
 
I've been doing 5min with the bathmate and 5min SSJ then I repeat 3 times......is that also good.....or shud I replace the SSJ or normal jelqing?

Do as you wish, but know that SSJ is the most intense manual girth exercise you can do. It can give you expansion like no other manual exercise! I advise you to stick with it. :)

Sorry if this has already been asked. I did not check all the posts in this thread, but I bought one of these sleeves:

and I was thinking at first that that sleeve has got to stretch quite easily cause it looks small to get your member through.
I thought the same of the one in the link at the start of this thread, maybe it is better than the one I bought?

Anyway the only way I can really get that on is when I am flacid, cause the whole is so small !!! and it does stretch
but not easily. So when I get hard, there is a massive small large effect. the base of my member where the sleeve
is holding it is very small in comparison to the rest that is being pushed out the top it really looks quite dangerous, and
it goes more purple / blue in color that normal (cause pressure is more intense I guess) and when I finish, the part that was in the sleeve
the very base part, is just normal as it has not been affected at all by the session, but the rest of it is very expanded.

So, this would not seem right would it? - That the very base of my member does not get bigger but the rest does? Cause that is what would happen if I kept using this wouldn't it? Also it feels as though it just way to tight and was never meant to be from the second I saw it.. can anyone confirm this? had the same problem with any sleeve? has used this sleeve before? It does help with suction and positioning, but due to the points mentioned above, seems dangerous (might squeeze the base too hard), and might result in the base not being expanded whilst the rest of it is...

Any help much appreciated. cheers.

Ok after getting everything ready instead of having to lube the inside of the gator and having to clean up as you normally would, this thing makes it much easier to clean as you only lube up the instead of the sleeve and not the gator now. The first time I tried to use flaccid and I'll let you know right now that this is not going to work unless you break it in, in a few uses because the first time squeezing your penis through that hole is not going to work so make sure you are at least 75% erect or fully erect when using it for the first few times. Okay so after I get going and I'm fully pumped to where I can't go anymore I immediately notice the comfort and no skin pinching in the ridges what so ever. I did it the regular way for 20 min straight with no SSJs since it seemed when I was not using the sleeve that if I went for 20 min the pain at the base would be the worst when you were done. You guys know when you try pumping during your session you can feel the ridges digging into the skin causing pain when your trying to pump for higher numbers well with this I felt none of that. Anyhow at the end when I took it off you do see the shape from the ridges on your base but there was absolutely no pain when I was done and the ridges where gone in a matter of minutes. I can honestly say that this was the best Bathmate session I ever had and I now want to do it even more (not just cause of pic 6 either.....well maybe). As for suction, it seemed the same but I felt I could go a little higher since I didn't shave down there yet. Oh yeah, you guys notice when you don't shave and you may feel a little less suction and hair being pulled into the ridges, well not with this I felt none of that at all. For the best Bathmate session however do shave as I normally do. So for the suction it seemed the same. Comfort and pain just seem to disappear and clean up couldn't have been any easier since all you do is take it off wipe your Bathmate off and wash the sleeve. Durability seems like it will make it last a long time which would be cheaper then buying condoms all the time lol but we'll see down the road. The only thing I had a little trouble with was fulling it up with water in the tub but no trouble fulling it up with water out of the tub because when you put it under water it seemed to not want to fill but after the first few tries I could fill it up pretty easily in the tub under water. One thing I did notice is that it seems to only target the penis meaning it prevents most if not all of the skin from the balls being sucked in. I still will hold my balls out of the way but with this I could pump and not have to hold my balls out of the way which was great. Well guys that's my review of the pump sleeve and hope you guys find this helpful. I did notice 2 links for the pump sleeve on the site for the ones I bought and I think the more expensive one comes in different sizes but don't quote me on that as I just paid for the $5.50 one which fits perfectly around the X-40 and should the X-40 but X-40 users should not need this as this is just for using the Bathmate with comfort and without pain. Judging from the base of them. I would think they wouldn't be, but the 'universal' included in the wording suggests that they will. Hard to say, kind of need someone with several models to test it out.
 
Just ordered one of these to deal with the bite. One of the links is dead but the other one goes straight to the sleeve so that's the one I went for.

Do I need to use vasoline or anything else with it? Anything really crucial I should know hidden in this massive thread?

No vaseline needed, just attach your Pump Sleeve to the base of your BathMate, according to the directions and pump, and you will remain gaiter bite free.

Will it have an impact on vacuum pressure? I'm assuming if it does it's much less than with the original sleeve.
 
If it's the X30 or x40, you'll gain room so essentially you lose vacuum without the original sleeve insert. Using the wine vac mod will reduce that significantly. Two great assets I used daily that are now still waiting for when I start my girth work. Wine vac and sleeve.

I wonder if BathMate will ever seen a stand alone hand pump attachment. I will have to talk with them and see, maybe they will.
 
I don't think so. Money isn't made in selling the small parts. They know we can get a wine vac at a fraction of the cost that they would price their hand pump at. Sucks but people MacGyver things all the time. Hell, everything comes from China and businesses still put made in America or parts from America. I'm not bashing Bathmate, I have put my penis in 4 different models heehee, so I know they are good, but business is business.
 
I tried it out last night and this morning. I had to cut into it so I could actually fit but it was an improvement in comfort in a big way. Actually didn't notice any loss in suction but I'm guessing that's from cutting it. I still had bites but nowhere near as bad either. I think I can get a while longer out of an x40 using these but I may just have exceeded a threshold for it. Might just need the Goliath.
 
Hey guys I'm trying to use these sleeves but am having trouble getting good suction and I'm not sure why. My pubes are trimmed short, I'm using vaseline around the gaiter... I've also tried pulling the sleeve out so that I can fill the bathmate with more water and then tried slowly folding the sleeve in but no matter what there are seemingly too many wrinkles along the edge preventing a good seal (maybe the sleeve I'm using has been stretched too much?). I can get it to work about a third of the time and usually end up getting frustrated and just use the BM without any comfort ring/sleeve. Sometimes I get huge bubbles right away, sometimes they come after some time and then there are the times where it works perfectly.

Any suggestions as far as proper technique to avoid air bubbles/leaking?
 
Try moving the Bathmate up further or down further. Going down will give more chance for the nuts to go in though. I put my sleeve with the insert still on and I did get air bubbles but I cleaned it real good and spent some time to smooth out every wrinkle. I'm tedious. I also just left the sleeve on for a few days because I was lazy. I would still get bubbles very rarely but moving the Bathmate around would help. I also used the wine vac to increase pressure and everything squeezed tightly together. It's trial and error more than anything.

I tried again tonight and failed, just ended up not using anything for BM. I don't see how you can get it so flat along the ridges, are they different sizes? I'm using the black one and there is just so much excess material it all ends up overlapping.
